Genix is a very reassuring dentist, also staff are very pleasant and friendly. I was an emergency patient and all staff were very reassuring

I had a extraction today with Abdul I was panicking but Abdul calmed me down.he reassured me I wouldn't feel anything and to be honest I didn't. Thank you Abdul and all staff xx

Very friendly receptionists. Dentist and dental nurse both put me at ease. Overall a good positive experience

It's only a small dental surgery, but everyone there is super nice, they keep you well taken care of and the service has been great. Went in for a root canal and crown, and yes, it's expensive...but dentists are! I can't say I have any complaints about the procedure or the result though. From the very first visit through a 111 appointment I liked the vibe of the place, so much so they're now my primary dental care.

Called 111 regarding a broken filling was made an appointment here. Reception staff were great and timing was good . I had a filling done in super fast time never known so quick , but not at all efficient. The dentist said all done and to be honest the council fill the potholes better . It was as rough as can be . Total rubbish . So I mentioned this and she said do u want it smooth. I thought no I’ll keep it rough and horrible . Surely she should have known this . Then after not being offered a rinse out at all went away with grit in mouth. Had to return in 5 minutes as couldn’t bite down as it was all uneven and she hadn’t checked the bite as they usually do . So again had to file some off . Still not great now but will have to do . No bedside manner or nothing . Didnt even talk . Then I said I might sign up to become a private patient and with that she said if you do the dentist is lovely and gentle and really good . So that said to me that if u pay private it’s great and as I went in on nhs than u get second rate treatment. Pay peanuts get monkeys was exactly what she was saying . I thought what a weird thing to say . Not a great experience

From the the Frist moment I stepped in to the practice I was made at welcome. At my Appointment the dentist made me relaxed and explained what needed doing,showed me on the x-ray. Isobel explained to me after the Appointment,what Payment plans were on Offer. All in all a very pleasant experience would recommend the practice to my friends and family .

Had a emergency appointment today to extract a broken wisdom tooth. My dentist Deena and assistant Dasha, where so very professional, put me at ease and did the work quickly and efficiently. I feel so happy and relieved. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Got an emergency appointment for my tooth through 111 service to attend at genix healthcare. Had to have a tooth removed. Staff were absolutely amazing so nice & helpful. The dentist was amazing so professional & caring. Best experience I’ve had at any dentist. Best dentist I’ve been too. Thank you all so much really appreciate it (And to the nurse who held my hand)
