Gentility- Gentle Touch Dentistry

My first visit with Gentilty was terrific. Sandra is great ambassador for the practice. The exam was thorough and no high pressure sales. I would highly recommend.

I travel an hour and 15 minutes to continue to go to Shannon who has been cleaning my teeth for over 16 years. She is extremely good at her job and thorough. Anyone who has had any experience with other hygienists would immediately know the difference. Other hygienists tend to go through the motions, which inevitably could potentially cause more problems than solutions over time. Shannon is just the opposite, she ensures that she informs her patients and the dentist of any irregularities and performs exceptional cleanings with little to no discomfort. She regularly shares any new information that a patient needs to know and keeps them informed with honesty and provides diligent, caring work. She is hilarious and has a great demeanor. Anyone who has had any other experience might not appreciate what a good hygienist can do for them. Or, moreover, may not have a clue what a good hygienist is. Shannon is exceptional. 6/5 stars if it were possible...

Everyone is awesome, great service, and I am always looking forward to my next visit. Please recognize Shannon Erdwien for her excellent skills and professional character, I am very lucky she is my hygienist. Let me also mention Sandra Kraus who is as delightful, does wonderful work and always makes me smile. Dr. Gill is very talented, kind and a wonderful Dentist.

Being a Dentist myself and as her patient I truly appreciated Dr. Boothe professionalism and dedication to her patients. Also, the office staff attention and personal care is outstanding . Thank you Gentility and thank you Andrea, I am honored to be your patient!

They want to charge me $50 for a missed appointment when they changed my appointment time without my approval. Claiming they called and left a voicemail (once), I checked my phone statements through my phone company I never received any calls or voicemails from them. I’m a stay at mom of 2 children and my husband is an active duty air force sergeant and we live out towards Goddard , I can’t just change my appointment times. Seems to go against the “All American” narrative they tried to push on me the first time I visited. Then they tried to charge me $250 a couple months ago for 2 cavity fills when before that I paid $50 for 2 fills and they told me it will be $25 per tooth before I even scheduled the appointments and they ended up having to refund me afterwords . Save your time going here.

The hygenist who took care of me was awesome. She made me feel so confortable despite the fact that it was the first time I was seeing her. The dentist had great sense of humor. The team was very professional and wonderful.

All the staff is great here. Its clean and smells good and their sign is hilarious. Their smoothies are good. As always my pocket book ofc doesn't like it. Haha but they're willing to accomodate you also and fairly quick appt times.

Today was my first time at Gentility and it exceeded my expectations! I’ve always hated going to the dentist, but everyone’s kindness and my dental hygienist Shannon’s personality made the whole thing way less intimidating. I didn’t feel judged for the cavities they found and I even left with a smoothie made by the woman at the front desk! Great experience!
