Dr. Tong and all the staff were welcoming and very friendly. Dr. Tong took a great deal of time to explain my problem and recommendations to fix it. It was an excellent experience!

Dr.Tong and Jessie were amazing to work with. They took really good care of me to find out what my needs are and made the wisdoms tooth extraction process a breeze!

Overall great visit. All employees were very helpful and friendly. Jess was especially great with my painful experience of a cracked tooth. First thing I have ever had done in 57 years.

Nicki is a great hygienist and has always taken great care of my mouth. Her attention to detail is amazing. Jessie helped explained the billing and answered all my questions about treatment plans for my son's retainers. Dr Tong has been upfront and honest with me when a prior Dr tried to push for unnecessary dental work. He restored my faith in honest dentists. We are loyal customers to Gentle Dentistry and look forward to future visits.

Everyone was extremely helpful and nice! Dr.Tong was very intelligent and took his time to explain tooth health and even asked about my overall health issues in correlation with my teeth which no other dentist I've been to has ever asked me or took the time to explain like he did and that was very helpful. The X-ray tech Mariela got everything done in a short time frame and made sure I was conferrable the whole time. The lady's at the front desk Jill and Kelly were very accommodating. My phone died and they allowed me to charge it in the office and took the time to review their dental savings plan which is a very good expensive deal. I appreciate all the help! Thank you all!!

I’ve always been scared of the dentist, but this clinic completely changed my experience. The environment is so calming and welcoming, it doesn’t even feel like a typical dental clinic, they even offer blankets and “comfort menu” for extra comfort. The staff, from Jessie to Mariella to Dr. Tong, are all fun, amazing and genuinely caring. They make you feel truly valued, not like just another patient. When it comes to diagnosis and treatment, I truly appreciate how honest and transparent Dr. Tong is. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and never pressures me into anything I’m not comfortable with. I feel fully involved in my treatment plan, which makes a huge difference. Highly recommend, especially if you get dental anxiety!!!

Hands down the best dental office I have ever visited! Parking was so easy along with a clean environment! The moment you walk in you are greeted by such enthusiastic, genuine staff. The hygienist’s at this office also are amazing!! From the front desk to the back office you can see how much they care and value every patient. Dr. Tong is very knowledgeable, Professional and gentle. A doctor that shows care and comfort all in one! Absolutely loved this office. After having some negative dental experiences in the past, I developed a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist, which kept me from wanting to get any care done. This office completely changed my perspective and restored my faith in the field. As a medical provider myself, I deeply value professionals who take the time to educate you on their recommendations with honesty and without pressure. Dr. Tong does exactly that. He listens, shows genuine compassion, and uses state-of-the-art techniques that are both effective and painless. They’ve thought of everything to make patients comfortable—from offering sunglasses, headphones, blankets, and drinks, to something I found especially thoughtful: digital photos with brief personal bios of each staff member you’ll meet. It’s such a comforting, human touch that helps ease nerves and provides a pleasant distraction—much better than staring at ads or intimidating dental posters. All of these details matter when providing care, and this team consistently goes the extra mile. What I appreciated most is that they schedule Dr. Tong to see only one patient at a time, so you truly receive the attention you deserve. As someone who also works in a caregiving profession, I deeply respect providers who uphold that standard. I will absolutely be referring my own clients here—something I don’t take lightly, as I don’t trust just anyone with their care. You’ve earned a patient for life!
