As always, staff is extremely helpful, polite and professional.

We decided to give this dental office another chance because the dentists themselves truly do great work and seem to genuinely care about their patients. Unfortunately, our experience with the front office and billing department continues to be extremely disappointing. From the beginning, communication regarding treatment plans, billing expectations, future procedures, and costs has been very unclear. Patients should be informed ahead of time about treatment options, payment expectations, and next steps so they can properly prepare and make informed decisions. When treatments involve high costs, families need the opportunity to plan financially and understand what will be expected before procedures are scheduled or completed. Unfortunately, that level of communication and consideration for patients has been lacking. After our first negative experience, the owner/dentist Dr. Guerra personally called my husband to apologize for the inconvenience and concerns we experienced. He even offered a credit toward a future procedure in hopes that we would continue as patients, which we sincerely appreciated at the time. Unfortunately, during today’s visit, when my husband asked about the promised credit, the front office informed him there was no credit on file from the doctor. That was extremely disappointing, especially after we had been reassured directly by the owner himself. In addition, there continues to be very little communication regarding follow-up appointments or future procedures. We did not receive notice about scheduling the next appointment or any clear explanation regarding the continuation of treatment. It is unfortunate because the dentists provide quality care, but the ongoing lack of organization, billing transparency, communication, and professionalism from the front office has overshadowed the overall experience. After multiple visits and repeated concerns, we are very disappointed and are now seriously considering finding another dental office.

I am very pleased with Dr. ROLANDO GUERRA and Dr. Jovanelly Zaragosa’s professionalism and gentle touch to my teeth area and very satisfied with their services. I am very pleased with everyone there at Dr. GUERRA‘s office. I feel welcomed and treated with respect and they show concern whether you’re there in person or calling by phone.

I can honestly say it is always the best dental experience. Dr. Mares and Karen are truly exceptional. Their bedside manner is outstanding, they have a way of making you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. Dr. Mares is not only highly skilled but also takes the time to explain everything with patience and care, which builds so much trust. Karen was incredible, gentle, thorough, and very attentive to every detail, making the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. What really sets them apart is the genuine compassion and professionalism they show. You can feel that they truly care about their patients, not just as clients, but as people. If you’re looking for a dental team that combines expertise, kindness, and a truly positive experience, I highly recommend Dr. Mares and Karen. They are simply the best!
