Gentry Dental: Heather Gentry, DMD

Someone at Gentry Dental got their feelings hurt because I called out their failed system to notifying their patients of canceled appointments. Just asking a reasonable question to when you cancel patient’s appointments do you not want confirmation that your patient’s actually received that message??? I’ve never been kicked out of anything in my life but nobody likes to deal appropriately these days with confrontation ..no anger on my part no cuss words on my part just asking for a normal apology for a failed system. Dr Gentry is the best! I am very grateful to have found her. She is very knowledgeable and kind, I highly recommend her to anyone. Her entire team is amazing Ava & Sheila are great and helped me feel comfortable. Kristin did a great job explaining my treatment plan. I cannot express enough how amazing Paulina is from making my appointment to my checkout!

I came to have all metal fillings and a metal crown removed safely and replaced. It took several appointments to accomplish this much work. Dr Gentry and her staff were absolutely awesome! Flawless Compassion Care was my experience I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My hygienist Lauren is amazing, kind, patient and did a great job. Dr gentry is wonderful explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease. Love my dentist!
