I initially had an appointment scheduled with another endodontist more than a week away, but my pain became too unbearable to wait. After a weekend of barely tolerable pain, I called Geric Endodontics, and they went above and beyond to squeeze me in very early the next morning for a consultation. Even better, I was able to return that same afternoon for treatment. The office runs like a well-oiled machine, with every team member performing their role expertly. The office is equipped with the latest and greatest technology, and everyone was kind, courteous, and professional. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel cared for and at ease. The dental assistant explained everything that would happen and showed me the different devices that would be used during each step of the process, which I appreciated very much. Nothing was a surprise. Dr. Geric was exceptional. He explained each step of the procedure calmly and clearly as he worked, which made an experience I had been dreading feel surprisingly comfortable. His reassuring manner and constant attention to my comfort made all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful that Dr. Geric and his team were able to see me so quickly when I was in severe pain—and then provide such compassionate, comfortable care. I highly recommend Dr. Geric and his entire team to anyone needing an endodontist. Jacksonville is extremely fortunate to have such specialized care available.
Dr Geric and his staff are the best. This was my third time I have used them over the years. I like the way he explains everything he is doing and always checks in with you to make sure you are comfortable. He is very personable and the staff is very friendly and do an awesome job making you feel at ease.
Dr. Geric is who you need if or when that dental issue arises. He is flanked by a wonderful team with the latest in dental imaging and laser technology. Dr. Geric is an absolutely amazing endodontist! From the very beginning, he took the time to explain everything that was happening during my procedure, so there were no surprises at all. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and that I was not in any pain, which made the whole experience so much easier. His staff was also wonderful!! Extremely friendly, caring, and professional. I had such a positive experience and truly felt like I was in great hands. I highly recommend Dr. Geric to anyone needing an endodontist. Absolute BEST experience. From the friendly office staff when booking my appointment (which I got in fast!) to the actual visit. The tech who took me back, professional, very kind and reassuring, VERY knowledgeable. Dr. Geric was very approachable and made me feel at ease immediately. Talked me through the whole procedure and made absolutely sure I was comfortable the WHOLE time. Top notch. Not that I want another root canal but I will absolutely be recommending this office to anyone who needs one.
Dr Geric did my root canal and it was the smoothest procedure ever!! I was pretty nervous about getting it done but Laura and Dr Geric reassured me and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. One thing I really appreciated was the frequent check ins to make sure I was doing ok through out, because sometimes if something is bothering me I won’t speak up. But sure enough I was comfortable the whole time!! If you need to see an endodonist or you get referred here for anything, you will be in great hands!! Overall very smooth, professional, and experienced. 10/10 experiences
