Everyone at Germantown Dental was wonderful!
Upon entering the building you will notice that the historic district in which the office is located is very special. Lovely neighborhood. Safe. Clean. People walking dogs and whatnot. The staff is SO KIND AND INVITING. MY Dental tech was light handed and her attention to detail was refreshing. I hand picked this dentist. Was booked out over a month. They had a "call-out," and I was seen in less that 48 hours! Good news is I have a cavity. Bad news is I need my FIRST Root canal. Uhh..whatever. 5 full stars. 100% recommend. DR. VURUGONDA HAS HIT THE MARK. FYI...Been seen by 2 other dentist in Nash and this office is APEX.

As a new patient at Germantown Dental, I am very satisfied with the services provided by Dr. Allen and her staff. She and her staff are very professional and provide a comfortable environment for dental work. Dr. Allen did an outstanding job extracting a broken tooth and inserting a bridge. She and her staff did an excellent job with an overdue cleaning and filling replacement. Scheduling was easy and I haven't had to wait when showing up for an appointment. I highly recommend Germantown Dental!

I had an excellent experience at Germantown Dental! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome. The office has a friendly, comfortable atmosphere, and the staff was happy to answer all of my questions. My dental hygienist, Keri, was amazing. She made me feel completely at ease during my X-rays and cleaning. She even showed me my X-rays on the screen and explained what she wanted Dr. V to take a closer look at, which helped me better understand my dental health. Dr. V was just as wonderful. She was kind, professional, and took the time to thoroughly review my X-rays with me. She clearly explained my treatment options and the best way to move forward with my dental care. I really appreciated that she didn’t make me feel rushed and made sure I understood everything. The entire office was prompt, organized, and genuinely cared about providing great patient care. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Germantown Dental, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and professional dental team!

I was a patient at Germantown Dental for at leat eight years. The team was always great to deal with. The only issue I ever had was fillings they put in coming out. I never completed because they always repaired them. Well, times have changed. I had a crown they put in pop off and I unfortunately swallowed it. I am currently switching insurance and have no coverage. I went in and they basically said that will be $1700 sir, to bad the one we put in fell out for no reason. They offered nothing. I'll be ending my time with them now and I'll tell you the place isn't what it used to be. I definitely recommend going somewhere else.
