I was a patient at Germantown Dental for at leat eight years. The team was always great to deal with. The only issue I ever had was fillings they put in coming out. I never completed because they always repaired them. Well, times have changed. I had a crown they put in pop off and I unfortunately swallowed it. I am currently switching insurance and have no coverage. I went in and they basically said that will be $1700 sir, to bad the one we put in fell out for no reason. They offered nothing. I'll be ending my time with them now and I'll tell you the place isn't what it used to be. I definitely recommend going somewhere else.
New ownership. Not the same. Charged me for a service I did not ask for and refused to correct the bill.
I'm a huge fan of Germantown Dental. The ownership changed, but the vibe feels similar and I really love the new doctor there. She truly listens, works with you if you are nervous or scared, does her best to make the procedures quick and painless. Also, the admin staff are incredible. Always nice, great with scheduling, very professional yet personable. Every single person there from front of house, to teeth cleaning to the doc are the sweetest and really care about their patients. I would recommend Germantown Dental to anyone!

Appointment scheduled so easily, they notified me immediately when a sooner spot was available. When I arrived such friendly and kind people, the dental portion was as well great. They educated me on what needed to be done, gave me great recommendations for dental products to use that would help me specifically. At the end of stay they checked me out and helped me reschedule my upcoming appointment easily and efficiently. No complaints looking forward to going back (:
The new management at this dentist has done a world of difference to the quality of care. It used to be "my dentist 😑" and while I don't think "OH BOY! I CAN'T WAIT TO GO TO THE DENTIST!" is how people think of the dentist, I can at least be sure that there's enough professionalism, and courtesy to warrant a review. It's as good as going to the dentist gets! If you are in the area, this dentist delivers!
Best dental experience I’ve ever had! From reception onward the staff is amazing, professional, and makes you feel right at home! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a very long time and was embarrassed by the condition of my teeth but was excited to be finally getting back on track. They reassured me that my teeth are beautiful and that I’ve been doing my best taking care of them. I’ll need extra cleanings this year to get me back on track, but I’m looking forward to it instead of dreading it because of how well my appointment went today. Thank you so much Germantown Dental!!
