Gies Family Dental

Today was my first visit to Gies Family Dental which I chose based on other reviews. I’m happy to say those reviews were on target. Courteous, professional and knowledgeable which they conveyed providing me options on what would be best in caring for my dental health. Dr. Gies was exceptional in taking time to evaluate my dental situation and offered alternatives since it had been awhile since my last dental appointment. The staff was great and made me feel very comfortable and confident that I was in the right place.

I recently switched to Dr. Gies after feeling like my previous dentist had become more focused on billing than patient care, and I’m really glad I made the change. The entire experience here has been completely different — in the best way. From the moment you walk in, the office feels welcoming and homey. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes sure you’re comfortable the whole time. Heather, the hygienist I saw, was awesome. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what she was doing and why. Dr. Gies himself is great — very personable, patient, and not dismissive at all. He took the time to actually get to know me and talk through my dental history and care plan instead of rushing in and out like some offices do. Overall, you can tell this place genuinely cares about their patients. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist who prioritizes quality care and a great experience.

I had an exceptional experience with both the dentist and the hygienist during my recent visit. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The hygienist was incredibly thorough, gentle, and attentive; explaining each step and making sure I was at ease the entire time. My teeth were very pleased!

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful in trying to obtain my last X-rays from the previous dentist. The X-ray technician was very friendly and explained procedures ahead of me and was very careful. Dr Gies was thorough and made recommendations I could proceed with. Everyone was outstanding and recommended this dental business.

I had an awesome experience at this dental office! From the moment I called and spoke with Michaela and Bianca at the front desk, everything was smooth and welcoming. Heather, my hygienist, did an amazing job cleaning my teeth — she was so friendly and really took the time to educate me Dr. Gies was super pleasant and very knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely be bringing my friends and family here!
