Great experience from the reception front desk Bianca was helpful with insurance questions and setting appointments. Hygienist Lulu was patient with me and very skilled at her job and informative with answering questions I had about the procedures. Dentist was polite and explained what his plan he had for me to correct my dental issues

I recently visited the office of Dr. Lavoyger Gies, DDS, PA for my dental work. Dr. Gies is extremely sensitive to his patients and always makes sure that they are comfortable. Dr. Gies is amazing at the quality of work that he performs. His entire staff is very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. The office is very welcoming and always feels very clean. Definitely recommend.

Let me start off by saying I hate going to the dentist, so I’m always a little nervous before an appointment. However, Lulu, who did my cleaning, was incredibly comforting and made the entire process go so smoothly. She was gentle, patient, and made sure I felt at ease the whole time. The front desk staff was also amazing. They were very informative and took the time to break down my bill so I fully understood everything. On top of that, they accept Cherry financing, which is a huge help because it allows you to set up a payment plan instead of having to pay everything upfront. From start to finish, I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making the visit as stress-free as possible. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care!
Dr. Gies and staff are so amazing. Staff always works with you. Just discussed a procedure with Dr Gies and he was extremely generous with the work. Highly satisfied!
Had an emerging dental issue and thought I would get an appointment. Dr. Gies called back advising that I go to the ER. Long story short, I had to be admitted to the hospital for a few days and got serious emergency treatment. Followed up with Dr. Gies and we are back on course for regular treatment. Thank you!

Very pleased with my visit. Everyone was friendly from the start at check in with front desk staff, to my excellent teeth cleaning with Hygienist Lulu who is bilingual ( A plus!). The dentist took time to explain everything and even gave dinner reservation recommendation for me to take my wife for her birthday. It is nice to find a dental office that truly cares about their patients .
