Super sad to fins out his last location is closed. Dr. Bob was amazing!!! 15yrs i jave been taking my 3 kids to him. Wish i would have know so we could of said goodbye 👋 Thanks for taking care of us. Will definitely miss the front staff as well!
Dr. Bob is nice and laid back as can be. He has a great diversity of patients and staff. He's also personable and easy to talk to, which is great in that field. The whole staff is great. We had to reschedule a FEW times due to COVID he and just the nature of having 4 children. The front desk is so nice and understanding. We will stay with Giggles for years to come! Update: They moved and closed their Hampden office. My daughter needed to have a cavity filled, a tiny one- and they were going to put a WOODEN BOARD TO HOLD HER DOWN! I got her outta the chair and the rest is history. So- yeah, we switched dentists
No negative feedback to give. This dentist practice is great for children. I didn't realize they had moved offices. The downside for me is that it's no longer close to my house. I went to the wrong office and they were able to give me time to get to the right office and still take my child same day!! I appreciated the flexibility they showed. The dentist was attentive and answered my questions. On this visit, my child was screaming and the dentist handled it like a pro! Very impressed! 👏
My daughter had dental surgery. All went great! The whole staff was friendly. If there were any changes to the plan the doctor would come out to inform me. I had requested some documents from previous dentist to be sent to the office but they did not receive, with that the doctor was still able to perform the surgery and modify a little. I'm giving this a 4 because the checkout process was a bit stressful with my girl crying, filling out a different form at the end for me to sign that took a while to get or I think the girl was working on different form for another patient that hadn't arrived yet. Trying to figure out a payment plan(which I wish had been done while I wad waiting in the waiting room). Other then that everyone was great. Thank you.
Im really glad I brought my son here. We have had some trouble finding a good dentist. So I’m glad I found this place. All the staff are super nice and very knowledgeable. The dentist we saw was very thorough and not scary at all! I would recommend Giggles to anyone with small kids or teenagers.
