Glencairn Dental Practice

I went to the clinic for the first time because I had an emergency with one of my teeth. I told them I was hurting from that tooth, but they said no, I had a broken tooth, and the pain was coming from that one. They extracted the tooth and gave me another appointment in three weeks just to examine it and then decide what to do. 😂 The pain got worse, so I went back and told them, "Please do something for me. I'm in pain, and you extracted the tooth by mistake. It's not a big deal, but please do something so I can eat." They said, "Unfortunately, we don't have time." And I say to you, damn your system and the work you do! You have no humanity. You don't feel the responsibility you have. You should be caring for your patients.

Great dental practice, excellent staff

I was treated by a lovely dentist called Keisha Letman. I had a treatment called ICON that Keisha had trained in to help with marks on teeth due to weakened enamel. Keisha literally changed my life with this treatment the results have been incredible and completely got rid of my white marks on front teeth. I have been super conscious of these since I was a teenager and now at nearly 40 to be able to smile confidently in pictures has felt amazing. Thank you to Keisha for being so professional, informative, and giving me incredible aftercare I cannot recommend her enough she is a fabulous dentist and I recommend her to all.

Glencairn is such a friendly practice. We always feel welcomed by the staff. One of the many good things about the practice is the availability of appointments and how helpful the staff are at arranging appointments. The communication, appointment reminders and follow up are so useful for busy lives. Myself, partner and three children all attend Glencairn and have received top notch care from our lovely dentist Charlotte. Her knowledge of paediatric dentistry is extra reassuring and she has such a calm and attentive manner with the children. We have always felt we are listened to and have access to the most up to date dental care if we need it. The whole team obviously works hard and well together to create a professional and caring environment for us. Access to the hygiene team has also been excellent and both myself and partner have been very impressed by the facilities and level of dental hygiene care we have received. Glencairn is a brilliant family practice.Go there if you can!

I have been a patient at Glencairn dental practice for almost six years now. Chatlotte Lewis and Nurse Freya are both great with all kinds of treatment from check ups to fillings, easing anxiety and reassuring! Charlotte is a pro at giving a painless local anaesthetic! :) I have also recently seen Dom to start Invisalign treatment who explained everything really clearly and got started with treatment as soon as possible always making the effort to fit me in around work commitments! Reception are always prompt at responding and really helpful! Highly recommend!

I can not praise all the staff enough at Glencairn. I turned up at crisis point with a broken tooth with no apointment. All the staff were so very nice re assuring me that my tooth could be fixed. I was seen and treated by Simon who i can only say, he is a miracle worker. Mona too also is amazing. The receptionists are so kind and friendly. Thankyou so very much you all saved the day. For those people who have wrote bad reviews im guessing you have got the wrong surgery,as Glencairn is nothing less than the best there is. Thankyou once again.
