I recently visited Dr. Lina for my regular teeth cleaning and a filling, and I had an excellent experience. She did a wonderful job and was extremely kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire appointment. Dr. Lina is very professional and made sure I was comfortable at every step. I specifically asked her not to use anesthesia, and she was very gentle and careful. Thanks to her skill and expertise, I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. I truly appreciate her caring approach and attention to detail. I highly recommend Dr. Lina to anyone looking for a skilled, professional, and compassionate dentist. She also recommended Dr. Agiad, an implant specialist, to help with my implant that was about to fall out. He fixed it in no time in a highly professional manner, and I am very grateful for his excellent care as well.

Probably the worst managed clinic, have been waiting for 30mins, no sign of doctor. The staff here is arguing with their call centre that why you booked the patient and not inform the doctor. Asked reception when is doctor coming, no response, utterly clueless.

I had an appointment on 27/04/26 at 4:30 PM and experienced some challenges with the reception and insurance coordination process. I found the guidance at the front desk a bit unclear, which made the overall experience less smooth than expected. In most medical facilities across the UAE, direct billing with insurance is usually handled efficiently. In my case (Cigna), my understanding from the insurance provider was that the flu test would be covered and did not require pre-approval. However, I was asked to make the payment at the clinic, which was somewhat confusing and inconvenient. On a positive note, the doctor and nurse were both excellent and provided very good care.

We had a great experience with Dr Lina. She treated my daughter with real care and professionalism, taking the time to explain everything and kept her at ease throughout the procedure. Her calm and reassuring manner made a big difference, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients’ comfort. Highly recommend.

I had to get my wisdom tooth extracted, and Dr. Lina made sure everything was done perfectly from start to finish. The whole process was incredibly smooth, and she truly made the clinic feel like home. Huge kudos as well to Dr. Bitar for performing the surgery and everything was handled with such care and professionalism by both the doctors. This is honestly the best clinic I’ve ever visited. What really stood out to me is that Dr. Lina is still in touch with me, even almost 12 hours after the extraction, checking in on my recovery. That level of care means a lot. Highly recommended!

It’s our first time to come to GMCC and it was the best decision. Dr Lina was very gentle and accommodating. She took all time to explain to us what services should be done and in future to avoid further issues. My daughter already looking forward for her next appointment. Will definitely come back!
