Fantastic dental office! Extremely professional, clean, and well run. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, there are TVs in every examination room and they play relaxing scenes you can zone out to. Everyone from the receptionists, to the assistants, hygienists, and doctors make sure you understand everything that is happening before, during, and after all treatments. Any question you have will be thoughtfully answered. I never waited longer than two minutes before being taken in for my appointment. The entire building is spotless and Golden Coast invests in all the latest technology (which is a sign of a successful dentist office). For example, their X-Rays are done with the newer tech that doesn't dig into your gums, and so they're really easy and painless. Dr. Lorenz is their orthodontist in house and does outstanding work. They have a state-of-the-art 3D imager that they can use before any work like implants (I had one done). I've moved around a lot over the last few years but I've also (unfortunately) always required a lot of dental work. Because of this I've had to get good at judging whether a dental office is good or not quickly. There are good ones, bad ones, and terrible ones. This is an excellent dental office! Special thanks to Claudia at the front desk, Dr. Yang, Dr. Lorenz, Dr. Smolkin (I believe, who did my root canal), and Angelica the hygienist. This time around I had to get a root canal AND finally get a dental implant in the same year. The price was right and the dental work was outstanding! I'll be keeping this as my dentist office for as long as I'm a resident of Long Beach!

I can't say enough good things about this dental office. I have sever anxiety at the dentist and they help me through it. I recently had a dental emergency and they got me in right way, were kind and helpful. Couldn't recommend more highly. Dr. Lorenz and the entire office staff are fantastic.

The medical staff including the front desk, dental hygienist, assistant, and doctor are very thorough with their work. I felt comfortable. All my questions were answered, and the bed side manner is excellent. We finally found our primary dental office!
