I was most pleased to come to my first appointment at Grace Dental. The check-in staff at the beginning and end were very welcoming, kind, and friendly: big smiles. I was early but didn't need to wait. Dion, the hygienist, was most thorough, gentle, and informative. She explained with an online video how to use a water pik. The dentist was kind and informative. I felt I was in good hands. My experience at Grace Dental was professional. Highly recommend.

I was walking by one day and decided to go in because I was looking for a dentist talk to the receptionist she was so very nice 👍 and I made an appointment. Went back the staff was amazing so very nice treated me real good that was the best dentist I ever been to. The whole office was very nice and clean. The person name sandy she took very good care of my teeth very gentle clean my teeth very good 👍 she is the best I always want her to do my teeth she is the best I was very happy even the doctor was very very nice. I couldn’t have a better dentist. I am very happy that I found a dentist like Grace Dental Group. Thank you 🙏 so very very much everybody.

The staff and dentist were professional, thorough, and gentle throughout the procedure. The clinic was clean and organized, with minimal wait time. Highly recommended

I've never had a cavity in my life, and the dentist here tells me I have 5 cavities. I'm shocked to hear this so I ask, "which teeth have the cavities?" I thought this was a reasonable question, but he seemed to get impatient and responded, "it's your choice, do whatever you want." So I decided to get a second opinion elsewhere. When my new dentist said, "Looks good, see you in 6 months." I was again surprised I could go from 0 to 5 back to zero cavities, so I wanted to confirm, "everything looks good?" I asked. And he said yes. I'm sure there is some amount of subjectivity when deciding how necessary a procedure is, but the stark contrast between the assessment from Grace Dental vs every other dentist I've ever seen (and compounded by their dentist's brusque response to my brief attempt at understanding my situation) did not inspire confidence or trust. I will not be returning to Grace Dental. EDIT: (responding to the comment below) It was indeed this location at Divisadero and Oak in SF. I limit the amount of personal info I publish on the Internet, but I assure you this is an accurate account. (Another note about their business practices: I scheduled a basic cleaning, but when I arrived they insisted on taking X-rays and refused to clean my teeth unless I also paid for X-rays too. This was not mentioned in advance, and it felt like I was being upsold.)

I feel so cared for at Grace Dental, more than I’ve ever experienced elsewhere. The staff is super friendly, supportive, communicative, professional, and efficient. Very glad I found them and am fortunate enough to be in their care.

I had a very great experience they were so thoughtful and considerate and helpful to make a plan to continue my care and understanding of how I am having dental problems which I thought there was no hope .now I am excited to start fixing my smile which I have been so embarrassed and conscious about and having trouble eating my self esteem has really suffered. digesting my food properly has been an issue for so long I look forward to care at grace dental thank you from my heart ❤️ sincerely Tami Partlow

Had fun

So, I’ve had around 10 appointments over the past 6 months (don’t ask me why), and I’ve fallen in love with this place and the entire team. Dr. Lee is an amazing person and a true professional. The assistants are always cracking jokes, and the whole experience is genuinely fun. And a separate ❤️ goes to the adorable receptionists- those two girls are willing to do everything and anything to make their patients feel welcome and satisfied and also get their meds on time :) Needless to say - I will always come back.
