My mother has been calling them for 3 weeks to get her prescriptions refilled but no one calls back unless you leave a hateful message, and still they haven't refilled her prescriptions.

The nurse that you are supposed to call hardly ever answers the phone and don't return calls. I left several voicemails over a 3 week period made sure to speak clearly, made sure to say DOB clearly and made sure to say name and phone number clearly. No messages were returned and when I finally got her on the phone and was explaining what it was wanting to know because it was something I didn't understand. She was being rude and interrupting me while I was speaking. She was very unprofessional. It's sad that I am considering changing from a Dr I like and feel comfortable with to a different Dr because of the actions of the phone nurse.

Waited over a month for the “earliest date” they had because i needed a primary care doctor just for my appointment to be canceled the day before with no reason as to why. Guess it was a sign to not use this place at all due to lack of communication and availability.

Saw Tiffany Loewen for several months to monitor weight loss drugs and my thyroid. Lab was done on 9/15 and as of 9/23 she still had not reviewed my lab. I spoke to a nurse and left several messages for the nurse to ask about having my thyroid med adjusted because it was too high and no one ever returned my call. I asked to move up my appointment and they said no. I asked to cancel my appointment at one clinic and schedule at another and they said they had to “get approval”. I canceled my next appointment and scheduled with another provider. Don’t waste your time or money, just schedule with a different clinic.
