About Graham Orthodontics
Suite 300 at 705 East 900 South puts this practice two blocks west of the 9th and 9th district and across 900 South from the northeast corner of Liberty Park, where the park's north edge meets 700 East. It is one of the few orthodontic offices in the valley you can genuinely walk or bike to, which counts for a treatment that means a visit every six to ten weeks for a year or more. Sugar House is five minutes south, downtown five minutes northwest, and the 900 South corridor feeds straight onto 700 East for anyone coming up from Murray or down from the Avenues. Street and lot parking both exist, though the block gets tight over the lunch hour. Hours run 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, including the Friday that many orthodontic offices here give up.
Dr. Graham holds both dental and medical licenses, an unusual combination in this specialty, and the practice is built around resolving crowding without removing permanent teeth wherever the anatomy allows. The reasoning is mechanical. Crowding is a mismatch between total tooth width and available arch length, and that gap closes either by taking teeth out or by developing the arch, widening it and uprighting tipped molars to recover the space already there. Imaging drives the call: a low-dose cone-beam scan shows root position and how much bone sits outside each root, which is the real limit on how far an arch can go before roots run out of support. Some cases are crowded enough that extraction remains the correct answer, and a non-extraction philosophy is a starting preference rather than a promise about your mouth.
Treatment runs through traditional fixed braces and Invisalign, with 3D intraoral scanning in place of impression trays and remote monitoring between appointments, where you scan at home and the office checks progress before telling you to advance. That cuts chair visits without letting an aligner sequence quietly drift off plan. Dr. Graham also lectures on technique outside the practice, so some weeks are busier than others. Four additional offices operate in South Salt Lake, Sandy, Draper, and Sugar House.
An orthodontic practice across 900 South from Liberty Park's northeast corner, built around correcting crowding through arch development rather than extractions where the anatomy allows, using low-dose cone-beam imaging, 3D intraoral scanning, and remote monitoring to reduce chair visits during braces or Invisalign treatment.

Highly recommend Graham Orthodontics. Dr. Graham is a great orthodontist. I felt seen, heard, and taken care of. Very very satisfied with how my teeth turned out!
I began my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Graham in February 2026 and have had a positive experience throughout. The initial consultation was painless, and the financing options were straightforward and pressure-free. I appreciated that they never attempted to sell me unnecessary services and took ample time to answer my questions and address specific concerns. I am confident in Graham Orthodontics to deliver the best possible results for my smile, recognizing the significant financial and time investment involved.
Dr. Graham is an artist, and he treats each patient with unique and specialized care. His team of technicians are focused on the client’s positive experience. I love this place!
I am sharing my personal experience with Graham Orthodontics in the hope that it helps other families make an informed decision. At our initial consultation, we were told that my son’s treatment with clear aligners would likely take about 18 months. Based on that information, we decided to move forward with treatment. My son followed the treatment instructions carefully and wore his aligners for more than 23 hours a day. His progress was monitored weekly through the app. Despite his compliance, I did not feel that his teeth had improved as much as I had expected by the end of the estimated treatment period. After 18 months, I had to move out of state. At that point, I was informed that my son would need additional treatment with a new orthodontist, a new treatment plan, and additional costs. This was very disappointing, especially after spending approximately $7,000 on the original treatment. I understand that orthodontic treatment timelines can vary from patient to patient, and no doctor can guarantee a specific outcome. However, based on our experience, I wish we had been given a more realistic expectation of the treatment duration and the possibility that significant additional treatment might be needed. This review reflects my personal experience. Others may have a different experience, but I hope this information is helpful for parents considering treatment.
I had an excellent experience today at this orthodontic office. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with kindness and professionalism. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and valued. They took the time to explain every step of the process in great detail and answered all of my questions with patience and care. I truly appreciated how thorough and attentive everyone was. I left feeling very satisfied, informed, and confident about my treatment. Outstanding customer service and a wonderful team! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for professional, caring, and high-quality orthodontic care. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience!
We had a great experience here! Everyone is kind and professional, & the atmosphere is light & uplifting. We moved here to Utah midway through my son’s braces- they were in network for us & we only have good things to say; every experience was great! Would recommend without reservation.
First I want to say we like Dr. Graham, however we want to share our experience with Invisalign and his office. My daughter was in Invisalign for more than four years with Dr. Graham. She was not great at doing her scans and wore each tray longer than required. Last summer they called us in to the office and said she was done. Took off her buttons and handed her a bag of candy. Her lower teeth were no where near "done". They had been a problem the entire time. I had conversations with the Dr. and he felt he was extremely proud of what he had accomplished in the Invisalign. Needless to say my daughter ended up in tears. She always envisioned that moment when her teeth would be revealed after treatment. She compared her results to her friends and was completely let down. I later called to have a discussion with the Dr. He did not bother to call me himself, but rather had his team member call me back. They said my daughter was non compliant and that if she wanted more braces there would be an additional fee. That the results were entirely her fault. We disagree about this. She wore each tray longer than she was supposed to her scans were later, but she was very good about wearing them. We are now in traditional braces with a new office and I have been amazed at how much more needed to be done to get her teeth to where they need to be. Please let this be a cautionary tale that if you want perfect results or if your child starts with a difficult orthodontic case Invisalign might not be for your child either. We did not feel seen or heard. I am now into my child's teeth 12,500.00. I just want other parents to be aware of my experience with Invisalign. Whether it is partially my daughter's fault or not we were extremely unhappy in the end. She gets her traditional braces off this summer hopefully in time for her drivers license picture.
Both of my teen daughters recently completed Invisalign treatment with Dr. Graham. We had two previous appointments with other orthodontists in the area and quickly made the decision to go with Dr. Graham after we met with him. He is personable and also very clear that the success of treatment is dependent upon their consistency. My kids had very different treatment goals and both were able to meet their final goals a bit early. All of the support staff are wonderful and make you feel at home. They consistently run on time for appointments and are clear about next steps. We ended up having an insurance hiccup with one of my kids and the office management went above and beyond to communicate with the parties involved to make sure we got our full benefit. We highly recommend Graham Orthodontics!
