Dr. Toor is an amazing dentist. She is kind, honest, and fully transparent about everything. I always feel like she truly cares about her patients and takes the time to explain my treatment options. I trust her completely and always have a great experience. I highly recommend her.

Great exprience

I have been going to this dental office since 3 and half years and the dentist was always very good. Very recommended. Dr Toor is very knowledgeable and helpful. - This is an update: Last visit i came 2 minutes late for appointment, literal, 2 minutes!!! the receptionist and the office manager told me, my visit is cancelled because i got there 2 minutes late. First time in all the time i went to this dentist office that i got canceled for being late 2 minutes. I took off that day, i had scheduled 2 things: the cleaning and the filing. They cancelled the cleaning bc of 2 minutes late so they did the filling. Patient’s time is also valuable too. Time for a new dentist.

Way, way overpriced! Ridiculously so. I had a cracked molar that required an extraction with an implant and crown. They quoted me almost $10,000 for 1 tooth!! Go elsewhere. I did, and had the work done for half of what they were going to charge me.

extremely friendly staff and great service

Completely incompetent office with no sense of logistics, coordination, or compassion for their patients. They seem to forget or lose any type of communication because they lack the ability to document patient update. I was scheduled to get (what they told me) all 4 wisdom teeth taken out at their sister location. I took time off work yet when I showed up, they told me they could only do 2. I had no choice but to abide because I was already there and the time off was already scheduled. They book me for my second surgery 3 weeks later, for which I took time off from both jobs I work, yet had the audacity to call me 5 hours before the surgery to tell me it was canceled. Such an incompetent and intolerable patient experience. I finally get scheduled and booked for another surgery, for which again, I had to coordinate time off for both my jobs. However, I react to the antibiotics and have pain for weeks, yet when I called the office to prescribe me medicine for the bacteria I got infected, they never follow up but tell me they’ve scheduled me for a follow up appointment. One week later, I show up to the appointment, yet the office has no idea I’m scheduled and the doctor is not even in the office. The office staff is useless and has no consideration for the patient. I will never be returning to this office.

The front desk staff as well as a Dr. Idan Lavian were great! I ended up needing very extensive dental work that lasted a little over two hours and Dr. Lavian Was so patient, gentle and informative, and answered each, and every question I had whether it related to the purpose of the procedures needed, pain management during an after the procedure and reviewed the Entire recovery process. He was extremely attentive and skillful! I’m so happy I found my dentist. I will surely return to the clinic to see him specifically.

Today was my first visit at this practice and it was fantastic! I was seen right upon arrival. My hygienist was so kind and made sure my “goodie bag” included the full spa experience (she threw in eye masks!) and took care to explain everything she was working on. My dentist was clear and thorough in describing my treatment plans. Before I left, a receptionist sat me down and showed me all of my treatment coverage options and insurance estimates. I wasn’t expecting a standard teeth cleaning to be such a great experience but it really was!

Gramercy is in the business of upselling their customers. After about 3 years as a client, the pattern of offering products and services that I didn't need became so apparent that I lost faith and couldn't differentiate when these were in my best interest. 1) Gramercy charges $35 for fluoride treatment (this is standard); 2) they persistently recommended Invisalign (I don't need); 3) never missed an opportunity to provide a new filling, which I sometimes obliged (I had never needed them before, and I've never had a cavity); 4) waste your time with 3D dental imaging, which isn't standard or necessary for routine check-ups; 5) persistently tried to sell me a nightguard; 6) charge a credit card transaction fee.

I had fillings done by Dr. Kapparova and was impressed by her skills, it was painless. She was very caring during the procedure making me feel comfortable. I love the staff in the office very kind and professional. I highly recommend this practice to all.

My dentist was very empathetic and understanding of my fear about the need to pull a tooth that decaded. The procedure was painless. It’s now 6 hours later and only minor discomfort. The front staff very professional and kind. Great place to have any dental work.

A Truly Pleasant Visit at Gramercy Dental today. I’m a big baby when it comes to needles and dentists, and I’m happy to say Gramercy Dental made my visit incredibly comfortable. The location is so convenient, with all the major trains nearby, making it an easy trip. Booking online was a breeze, the office is spotless, and the staff are genuinely kind. Dr. Kapparova and her hygienist were amazing. Even though I was scared and anxious, they helped me feel calm and cared for. Thanks to their warmth and professionalism, I can honestly say I’ll be back—and I’ve already started telling my coworkers and friends to go see them.
