Grange Dental Health Care

Terrible customer service. They advertise that they accept government insurance but they want you to pay upfront until they get their payment from the government insurance. We had a letter from the government issued this year that my 76 years old mom is eligible for dental care but that was not enough of evidence for the receptionist. We also had her call her last dentist office to confirm when was last time my mom received government assisted dental care to confirm she is eligible for coverage this year but no she was adamant to make a payment. We asked if she can talk to the doctor but she said it’s not gonna make any difference. My mom had to leave with a sensitive tooth because this clinic wanted money upfront.

I've been a patient since 2022 and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. Showing nothing but the highest levels of integrity and honesty - constant open communication about options, risks, and next steps. Fantastic staff. Thank you for all you do!

Great staff! Wheel chair accessible. They did proper examination of my kids. Doctor is very truthfull and honest, showed and explained me the problem with my Son's teeth. Very pleasant experience, and the staff took care of my dental insurance process. I was reffered by my friend and Will definitely be coming back!

I have been a patient of Grange Dental Health Care for the past 3 years. Their service and staff are phenomenal. As per request, I always get assisted by Sania. She is simply wonderful. Very friendly, super knowledgeable, professional, and caring. First time ever that someone explained to me on a "big screen" and in detail, status, health, and work to be done for my dental health and prevention. They have a great automatic service to keep you updated via email and also via sms, and they set up reminders for your upcoming appointments. Fully Recommended 😉😁😎🤟🏻🇨🇦🍁.

Just switched to this dentist and I'm so glad. Haven't been in a long time but the staff are super friendly. The dentist is too the point and doesn't shame you for your life choices :P The receptionist is so kind and considerate, and the hygienist I saw explained every step she was going to take. I also appreciate that they try to keep appointments to their designated time. I remember when you would be at the dentist for hours because they would just keep you until they were done. I much prefer how this office tries to keep you in for a specific amount of time so you know when you're in and out.
