Great service package and very knowledgeable
Started with a crossbite and jaw pain that a cheap online service failed miserably at fixing. Dr Bowen to the rescue! Not only is my jaw pain gone, but my teeth look better than I thought possible. His, and his team’s, attention to detail made me feel extremely confident that I had made the right choice. Dr. Bowen and his team are simply the BEST. As someone who did not have a great experience with orthodontic care as a child, I was honestly really nervous finding care again as an adult, but from my very first appointment, this office completely changed that for me. Dr. Bowen should truly be the standard for orthodontic care. He takes the time to genuinely get to know his patients, makes everyone feel comfortable, and truly cares about the people he treats. He is also absolutely hilarious and such a dork in the best way possible, every appointment is enjoyable because of the energy he brings to the office. Every time I came in, I saw him talking with patients and connecting with everyone individually, which says so much about the kind of doctor and person he is. His entire staff is equally amazing, so kind, welcoming, professional, and all fantastic at what they do. I could not be more proud of my smile, and I recommend Dr. Bowen to literally everyone I know. I’m so grateful for the care I received here!

Well, Great Big Smiles offers truly top-notch service—providing both the excellent care and the specific treatment you need (in my case, braces). Dr. Bowen always welcomes you with genuine kindness and a smile. I’m just finishing up my treatment with Dr Bowen and want to give him and his staff a huge thank you. I’m 70 years old and had never had braces but after some recent dental work I decided to explore orthodontic options rather than the more invasive option of an implant. I am 100% satisfied and happy that I chose this course with Dr Bowen. His expertise in aligning and stabilizing my teeth has been exceptional.
