My first visit after the Austin location closed, and even though I’m now 75 minutes away, it was absolutely worth the drive. The South Austin office had gone downhill over the last two years — I only kept going because it was close to home. The San Antonio team, though, was fantastic. Night‑and‑day difference. The dentist and hygienist actually explained my regimen clearly, and if I stick with it, I’m expecting great results. I honestly can’t wait to go back. GE Dental is a big corporation, so don’t assume every location is run the same. The San Antonio office sets the bar.

Dr Forney is always so knowledgeable and kind in explaining all work that needs to be done and why. All of the staff I have ever interacted with for my cleanings have also been very nice and professional. I love that they have new, state-of-the-art equipment and Dr Forney is very experienced with Invisalign.

Normally, when you're getting a crown, 2 fillings, and fitted for Invisalign on the same day, you can expect to be a little nervous. However, since I have found this gem of a dental practice, I had no apprehension at all, and I was not disappointed whatsoever. The fillings and crown went smoothly and painlessly, which is a complete 180 from previous treatments at a different dentist. Dr. Schoenholtz made me feel comfortable from the start and explained everything as she went. Her assistant, Jayla, was beyond helpful as she walked me through everything I needed to know about the Invisalign process and my responsibilities. I can't say enough good things about this practice, and everyone from the front desk to the hygienist, to the assistants deserve 5 stars. If you're considering a change in dentists, run, don't walk, to this place.
