I called because I had a broken tooth on a Friday at closing because I didn’t have a dentist. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful in getting things together that they taught me how to 3 way call my insurance and get in. Monday I came in the first appointment Monday. The Dental Assistant and the Dentist were great too. It’s genuinely the most pleasant experience I have had at a dentist since I can remember and I’m 42. They were kind and supportive. It’s been a great experience and that means a lot a day after getting a root canal. 6 months later I ground my teeth in my sleep and somehow chipped my front tooth. They cleaned it up and patched it and really quickly. You can’t even tell I chipped it. The dentist and all of their team are great.

The entire staff was wonderful.The dentist assistant and the front desk employees were magnificent .The doctor was excellent. Explain everything thoroughly was very attentive and everyone was professional wonderful visit
The receptionist tried to force me to sign a consent form, allowing them to use my medical data for marketing. This was stated to be optional and not required on the form. When I explained that I wasn't comfortable signing it. She became very demeaning and even yelled at me saying " i'm not going to argue with you!" When there wasn't even an argument, I was just trying to explain my concerns. I hope something changes so it can be better and more.Welcoming here, but I fully believed that nothing will get fixed and this will just be brushed under the rug.

From needing an emergency appointment- Ms. Grace worked efficiently with my insurance provider and got me setup the next day appointment. Ms. Grace is a Life Saver… Dentist was super gentle, soft spoken and effective! Office Staff was Awesome and Friendly! Thank you.
