Harold is an excellent dental assistant. He's thorough and always friendly. I would recommend him to anyone!

I had a great experience here for a cleaning. The hygienist, I believe her name was Tiffany, was excellent. Very friendly. I usually hate getting cleanings done but she was gentle and fast. They were very transparent about additional costs for a recommended treatment. Forgetting the dentists name but she was also great. Explained her recommendations well.

Yesterday I had an incredible experience at Great Hill Dental. This was an appointment for a new crown. It was the initial grinding/temp crown visit and I was a bit anxious, having had painful experiences with this procedure with other dentists and practices in the past. This was different! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a very warm, authentic smile as the receptionist checked me in. The waiting area was very clean and pleasant, a relief from the wildfire smog outside. After being there only a few minutes I was soon guided back to the treatment room. The person who attended me there was kind, understanding and quite funny. She quickly put me at ease and reassured me about my being comfortable with the upcoming procedure. When Dr. Shapiro came in he asked if I had any questions, listened carefully and gave me thoughtful, reassuring answers. When I was ready, he started by applying a topical anesthetic to the area with a long Qtip. A few minutes later, he gave me nova cane and we waited 5 minutes more. Then he started preparing my tooth for the temporary crown. He gave me a bit more nova cane when he sensed slight discomfort in me. He used an incredible piece of imaging technology as he proceeded. It scans and creates a movable 3D image of my teeth. Dr. Shapiro was able to rescan throughout the process to accurately assess exactly how much tooth material to remove without removing a bit too much. Amazing! And I’m appreciative that he didn’t remove even a bit more than necessary! All through the appointment, the most intense discomfort I experienced was that Qtip at the beginning! I registered zero pain throughout and every person I encountered there was cheerful, friendly, extremely competent and professional. In every situation, the team each (and all) interacted with their technology and with me seamlessly. The culture there is amazing; everyone seems genuinely happy with their coworkers and place of work. I left GHD with as big a one-sided smile as I could manage with the nova cane; efinitely happier going out than in! I was given good advice for the next 3 weeks and I’m looking forward to going back soon for my permanent crown. When the nova cane wore off, I did experience some pain but Aleve easily handled it. Pretty much recovered today I’m following instructions with a soft diet. Thank you Dr. Shapiro and the GHD team!

She was incredibly kind, thorough, and professional throughout my appointment. What really stood out was how much time she took to educate me about proper dental hygiene. Rather than just cleaning my teeth, she explained why certain habits matter, walked me through the best brushing and flossing techniques, and gave me practical tips that I can actually incorporate into my daily routine. I left feeling like I learned more in one visit than I have in years of dental appointments. Julie truly goes above and beyond for her patients, and it's clear that she genuinely cares about helping people improve their oral health. Great Hill Dental Care is fortunate to have someone like her on their team—she is an incredibly valuable asset, and I can't recommend her highly enough!

For a person struggling with dental anxiety. I must admit this visit was pleasant and refreshing. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The dental hygienist was exceptional and she explained everything to me. She provided empathy and emotional support. I truly appreciate my visit.

I really enjoy going to Delta Dental for my dental care. The staff are very personable, informative, and patient. The facility is always very clean and adheres to covid regulations ( sanitizer, masks, etc..) I will recommend them 10/10!

recently had a dental cleaning, but I was disappointed with my experience. My teeth did not feel as clean or as smooth as they usually do after a professional cleaning. I also noticed that the clinic did not provide a mouth rinse after the procedure, and unlike other dental offices I have visited, they did not offer complimentary items such as toothpaste, a toothbrush, or floss. These may seem like small things, but they contribute to the overall patient experience. Unfortunately, I left feeling that the cleaning was not as thorough as I expected.
