I’m a new patient and couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received at Great Smile. Dr. Choi and his staff of technicians “deliver” in quality of care and attention. I had a dental implant done recently and must admit I was a little nervous but the total procedure was explained and performed with the utmost care. I’m happy with my new implant which was a better idea than getting a bridge. I highly recommend Dr. Choi at Great Smile. You will not be disappointed and you can take that to the bank❗️office is immaculate, state of the art dental equipment, east to park, and free cold drinks. Thank you Great Smile Family Dentistry for taking care of me. On a rating from 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest for Great Smile I give them a 12.

Who likes going to the dentist... I don't!! But when that time comes you have to know that Dr Choi not only took care of my needs passionately, without pain, and explained everything in detail as he started, went thru the process and afterwards. He is very personable as he even called me to initiate my visit before they were opened as i did a online appointment that they offer on there website, He got me in the same day virtually first as he understood my pain and what I needed him for. He will be my dentist of choice going fwd.. All his staff were so nice and professional. My brother recommended him to me as they had a very memorable visit in the past and in talking even knew his name as i did not mention it. He asked me about my mother as she went to see him two weeks prior.. he even asked how she was doing and told me he needed to call her and see how she was doing.. What other dentist does this.. He is my choice for a dentist and all my needs in the future.. and I've already told my wife and her family of the great experiences I've witness from this dentist. You will also like this place.. give them a try, I can almost guarantee as everyones needs are different that you'll be satisfied. The whole place is clean and state of the art. I hope you don't need a dentist but if you do, they got my vote!!

I've always been nervous getting dental work done, not only because of the procedures but also because of judgement, it's always been something I had to mentally prepare myself for. This place has eased my anxiety and made me feel welcomed and not judged . finding a dentist that makes you feel comfortable mentally and physically is so hard to come by I'm so thankful for the staff here .

Had a New Patient Exam this morning plus they cleaned my teeth today. The office was clean and staff was professional. Everyone was pleasant. My visit was pain-free, they have a gentle touch !! Thank you for a great first visit !! 😊

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. Dr. Choi is phenomenal, no lectures, knowledgeable and straight to the point! The office staff is so kind and reassuring — really can’t find better dental care on the NW side of town.

The first thing is that people in the office know my name. They don't greet me with a "Who are you?" I love Teri, who cleans my teeth. She is cheerful and we talk like hair dressers. Dr. Choi is marvelous. They tell me what they are doing and it is always done well. And when something does not go perfectly, as happens I every business, he admits it and corrects the issue. He is always great to work with and his staff is the best.
