While it may not be often that you receive notes of “a job well done,” I want to take the time to offer such a note-generally, on the superb dental service I received. I want to also say “Kudos” to Great Smiles employees in taking care of all of my dental work, and specifically, to recognize such a great team you have here! I’ve only been a customer/client for a for years and was extremely pleased with the service I received. Initially, I was apprehensive about replacing two major crowns because I wasn’t familiar with the type of cosmetic service they provided, at that time. In preparation, the weeks leading up to the procedure, Dr. Michelle Weddle gave me her opinion, referred me to a specialist, answered all of my questions & made me feel at ease. She even went so far as to provide me with pictures of her work that had similar issues. This was truly comforting, to say the least. I never expected any help like this. Usually patients concerns are wrote off but not here. She “guarantees” her work! The entire experience from start to finish has been a shining example of excellence in customer service and all the more impressive! I can’t say enough about the team you’ve built and the management of the entire operation. To be transparent , I’ve worked with the old team, moved away, and now I am back so I haven’t worked with the new team yet. Very friendly and patient. Doctors are very nice and take their time with you, it’s not a revolving door. Again they take their time with each one of you.

Dr. Rho was my childhood dentist, and I couldn't wait to return to her as soon as I had the chance. Her gentle, considerate touch and soothing presence make every visit a comforting experience. I recently brought my 19-month-old son to see her for the first time, and thanks to her warm personality and gentle approach, he did exceptionally well. I can’t recommend her highly enough—she truly is the best.

This place needs to be investigated much like that Ana Amato person. They were supposed to do a root canal and started the process but scheduled the rest for another day. The next appointment was suddenly cancelled and the tooth cracked causing long term issues. Luckily I was able to dispute the charge to my card through my bank. DO NOT GO HERE- they hide behind “no speak English”

I would be very cautious about this dental office. At my visit, I was told I needed fillings in nearly every tooth, two root canals, and was repeatedly pushed toward braces. The dentist painted a horror story about my mouth that left me anxious and overwhelmed. I asked for copies of my x-rays and shared them with a trusted family member who is also a dentist. They were appalled — the reality was that I only had one cavity and none of the other treatments were needed. It’s extremely concerning that a practice would exaggerate or fabricate issues just to push unnecessary procedures. While the front desk staff were polite, my personal experience with the dentist here felt dishonest and driven by profit rather than genuine care. Please be aware and always get a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment here.
