Repeat visit for implant and will give excellent review in addition to my last visit below. Very nice office, very professional gives you estimates in advance. The doctor was kind and even though the experience was not great for me having an extraction, I was treated courteously. I had a gal stay in the room with me while I was getting ready for the procedure and she was helping me do breathing exercises because I was a little bit anxious which really helped me to relax. Thank you very much. I do recommend Dr. Siavach if you need any type of oral surgery.

Love this place! I've referred everyone I know, that has needed an extraction, to this office! Unfortunately I've had to use them a few times, for myself and I have also brought my kids in to remove their wisdom teeth when it was time.

This office was recommended to me by several people — friends, colleagues, and dentist alike (and Google search!). On the day of my surgery, everyone from the front desk receptionist to the doctor was great. I had a cozy blanket, the room was super clean, everyone was professional, and I was fast asleep before I knew it. My teeth are horrible so the procedures I had done were not cheap but had to be done. Hopefully, I don’t have to have any more procedures done, but if I did, I’d definitely go back to this place.

I’ve had several implant surgeries At Greater Ventura, Oral and Facial Surgery. Dr. Siavash is been very caring and professional and has made this an easy process throughout all of my care. I had some issues with my Crown placement at my general Dentist Office during I’m crown placement they cross threading my abutment cap on the implant fixture pulling out an entire implant. Dr. Siavash did not even hesitate to get me in to replace it love that they were so ready to replace it under warranty. They have given me confidence that this is one of the best practices in the area. I will continue coming here in the future as needed for my dental care. Thank you Dr. Siavash and your team you guys are really awesome and I super appreciate all your help over the years.

Everyone was so helpful and welcoming which meant a lot since I was a nervous mess. The office is beautiful. The surgery room was impressive and super clean. The nurse really helped me by taking to me, asking my taste in music also helping me to relax. Dr. Zarriankelk was excellent by talking me through everything until I went out. I am so happy to have been referred to this wonderful office with welcoming staff.
