I would like to file a complaint against Dr. Jamie Ruiz who quoted me over $3200 for having a crown placed on my lower molars instead of having old filling replaced; I went to Mexico and the dentist said my teeth is perfectly fine and there is no need to have a crown and I had my old fillings replaced in Mexico, fast and easy; Jamie Ruiz insisted for my upper teeth to have a crown and a root canal instead of a filling, which he did and cost me $2000, it could have been avoided with just a filling; Dr.Jamie Ruiz is a scam artist and so is everyone working in the Williamsburg office. Do not come to Greenberg dental!

I’ve been coming to this office since 2019 and I never had any issues. I just called yesterday to set up my six month appointment and like always the front desk is always so adorable and nice. Gigi and Michelle Thank you for always fitting me in.

Very Rude office manager michelle at least she said she was the manager .have you on whole for no reason. Attitude that's not proper office ethics. I will be changing my son dentist .there always on there phones when u go in the office.

I must say the staff is very friendly and curtious. I like that I get called quickly and very little waiting in the room. Gave it a 4 star cause I haven't seen the final job. Would I advice others to come? Yes. Waiting room is clean.

My experience with Alexis and Dr. Ryan was excellent. Alexis went above and beyond, kept the atmosphere positive and relaxing. She genuinely looked out for me and offered a thoughtful, money-saving treatment suggestion that I really appreciated.
