Today, September 14th, at approximately 3:00 PM, 2026, I had the pleasure of being attended to by a young woman with light eyes and brown hair who also speaks Spanish. Her treatment was so kind, humane, and special that she truly acted like an angel. In my entire life, I have never received such pleasant service. Her patience, kindness, and manner made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I especially want to encourage any Hispanic person who doesn't yet speak English fluently and has any dental issues to visit her. I wholeheartedly recommend her. I want to especially congratulate the clinic for having such a kind, humane, and professional receptionist. People like her make a huge difference from the moment you walk into a clinic. Her attention and warmth are truly commendable. Congratulations on having such a wonderful person on your team! ❤️

Got braces here like 10 years ago and i have been ghosted by the ortho. They refuse to give me a release form to go somewhere else removed. I had several teeth break and gums are growing over the wires. Looking into attorneys to turn this into a lawsuit case!

Just got out of there, they called me for an appt only for getting more xrays and no care of the infection or side effects of the antibiotic and refused to give an excuse for work even after letting them know the pain was bad and the side effects were definitely a reason for restrictions The manager I think Jackie is her name, terrible manners I was trying to explain what was my case and she never looked at me at least, she was just acting like I was not there and at the same time yelling and treating in a very unrespectful way to another lady that was explaining something to them, then after she left talking about her like if no one else was listening. Unprofessional 100% terrible place just find a place where you can feel that you are getting something back for how much you are paying

We had a great experience here. I was visiting Orlando from out of state with my family when my son complained of tooth pain. He was scheduled to have surgery 4 days later so I needed him examined. They fit me first thing the following morning. The dentist and dental assistant were very thorough in their examination and X-rays. They calmed my fears after examining his mouth and the x-rays taken that day. My son was fine and had the surgery as planned.

I found it to be a very good experience and I was attended to by Dr. Oscar, a dentist for children who speaks Spanish.

My visit today was excellent the staff was friendly and very professional and made us feel at ease. The dental Assistant Mr. Oscar made my 7 year old feel comfortable and less afraid of the dentist and the examination process. I would highly recommend Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics

I went to this location for a dental cleaning. I’ve been coming here for at least two years, and honestly, I’ve never had a truly good experience. However, my last visit was by far the worst. The woman who cleaned my teeth made me feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed throughout the entire appointment. She repeatedly told me that my mouth had bacteria, that my teeth were not clean, and that I wasn’t flossing properly. I explained to her that I floss every day, but she kept denying it and insisting that I did not floss. The way she spoke to me was very humiliating and unprofessional. What made things even worse was how rough she was while cleaning my teeth. She used a dental tool underneath my porcelain work in a way that felt aggressive, almost like she was trying to damage or remove it. My gums bled excessively during the cleaning, and afterward I was in pain for almost two weeks. I could barely eat because my mouth hurt so badly. The entire experience was traumatic, and I honestly still cannot forget how badly I was treated. The regular person who usually worked on my teeth was not there that day, and I also felt uncomfortable because the staff seemed unsure about who was even supposed to clean my teeth. They were asking each other who would do it, which did not make me feel confident or safe as a patient. I would never wish this experience on anyone. It was painful, stressful, and very upsetting. I will not be returning to this office again, and this was definitely my last visit. On top of that, I also had porcelain dental work done at this office, and they did not do a good job. One side is noticeably longer than the other, and it feels very uncomfortable. I did not complain much at the time because I was trying to be patient, but after everything that has happened, I truly feel like they did not know what they were doing. I paid over $5,000 for this dental work, and the results were disappointing. At this point, I honestly question whether everyone there is properly qualified or licensed because my experiences have been extremely upsetting. I am even considering reporting this office to the dental board because no patient should go through this. To anyone reading this review, please be careful before going here. Save your money and go somewhere else where you will actually be respected and receive the quality care you deserve. I will never return to this office again.
