If I have ever said this about a dentist I take it back this place is ssoooooo much more better then any other I have taken my kids 2. I'm here my sweetiest baby getting work done I can close my eyes and dose off the dentist is talking to my baby like I would when she feels afraid this dentist is best instead of my other kids going elsewhere I'm cancelling that appointment today hopefully it's not too much for them to handle my family coming here DID I MENTION I LOVE IT HERE
Very friendly environment... their 1st impressions are on point for a nervous kid .... they were trained by the best because I fell in love with how well they took care of my sons 1st visit .... he has been so afraid to go to the dentist and left wanting to go back . The top was last yr but this yr I dont know ... since Corona started they called and canceled our yearly appointments. Ok that's understandable due to Covid-19. But once the restrictions were lifted and things were opening up , they turned me off with emails and a text msg stating my children were "overdue" for their dentist appt . -_- EXCUSE me ! But the same way you went about canceling our appt should be the same way you go about bringing us in for an appointment.... pick up the phone and give another courtesy call instead of sending inconsiderate emails and text msgs. My eye Dr.s office gave me a nice friendly and professional call and asked me out of the blue if I needed them to order/send me contacts due to Covid-19. The best experience ever .... unlike this office staff . And not to mention I have 2 children ... so this is a family dentist and they stated in the msgs one parent one child only .... sooooo where is my other child supposed to be ???? In the hall way .... dont schedule others at the same time ... and let the family come together.... I'm sure ur whole staff dont need to be there either spreading their personal germs but u want us to separate.... how thoughtful.! Not to mention one of the Dr.s were arrogant instead of friendly and professional during our 2nd visit last yr . I cant trust anything like this where u coming off like your above the patient/client ... and not to mention were black ... so I felt the ignorant vibes based off that as well . 12-2022 Well the staff seem ok this time and was very considerate with the fact that we couldn't make the appt time but let my munchkins be seen still . And they always give toothbrushes and floss for them to take home . 05-14-2026 I must say our experience these past 2 visit was beyond expectations. And they answered all my questions. They did so well with all the kids all ages . And I just love how they say buddy to my boys. Lol Yes I have been coming here with my sons for yearssss. And one of the Dr's look like they havent aged at all. Wow. Be seriously the office is so clean till this very day. The vibes have definitely changed to a more friendly environment. I asked if they could explain a few things to my teen and pre-teen and they did . I was very happy and felt like family. Maybe because im so emotional right now lol. But our experience was the best of all time. Please dont lose this type of vibe and energy. And I felt the passion from everyone. This is what im used to. Folks who are professional and personable and loves what they do. ☺️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Neel and his team are always amazing. The feeling of someone genuinely caring about the wellbeing of your child is one you want with a doctor and staff. They are fabulous!
We always have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Kneel and Dr. Marshall at Greenspring Pediatric Dentistry! From the moment we walked in well over 5 years ago and ongoing-the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient. Dr. Kneel and the other providers, assistants and office staff are an amazing team and have a way with children and parents that is calm, kind, and reassuring—making what could be a stressful visit feel easy and even fun. Everything was explained clearly, and we truly felt heard and cared for as parents. The office is clean, well-organized, and clearly designed with kids in mind. We are so grateful to have found such a compassionate and skilled pediatric dentist and highly recommend Dr. Kneel and Dr. Marshall along with the entire Greenspring team! My son will for sure be a patient until he ages out of course!
The doctors are simply wonderful. My child is usually very fussy, but there he behaved perfectly because the doctors interacted with him so well. He even forgot he was in a dental office! 😁 A great place, I liked everything. I had some problems with the English language, but they sorted everything out. They provided me with an interpreter. I want to thank them all for the facilities they provided.
Dentists are always friendly and informative. My child had a minor procedure performed and the dentist personally called to check up on my child’s condition. I would definitely recommend this practice. Always receive 5 star treatment and services.
