Such a fantastic environment. Dr. Lam is so so wonderful with kids. She has a very pleasant presence and very informative and thorough. I recommend anyone needing orthodontic care for kids under 4.

Upon arriving, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. The doctor and dental assistant were both exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. They made our visit a very positive experience, and we truly appreciated the care they provided. Our only concern occurred at checkout. We spoke with a staff member at the front desk, whom we believe may have been the practice manager. We asked if the office had a patient portal where we could access an after-visit summary to help us keep track of our baby’s dental care. Before we could finish our question, we were interrupted and told, “We don’t have that.” We then asked if there was an alternative way to obtain visit information for our records. The staff member asked whether we received emails from the office. We explained that we had not. She responded that we should have, as appointment reminders had been sent. It was later discovered that both our name and email address had been entered incorrectly in the system, which explained why we had not received any communications. The interaction with this person who not only was condescending towards her employees but also dismissive to us patients, making what was a simple request feel unnecessarily stressful and high-strung out of nowhere. We would have appreciated a more patient and understanding approach. Overall, it was a 5 star experience with the health care received today but the experience at the front desk unfortunately brings it down to a 2 star. We are going to try again and hope to see that this behavior has been corrected, or additional training to front-facing patient care roles, by our next follow up visit to update our review accordingly. Aside from the experience at the front desk, everyone else we encountered was wonderful, and we were very pleased with the care our LO had received today at 11:50 am.

We absolutely love this place. Everyone is so friendly and the dentist explain everything so you can fully understand.

We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lam and the entire team at Greenway Pediatric Dentistry. I really appreciate the attention to detail, clear communication, and the way the staff sets expectations from the moment you walk in. From the front desk to the clinical team, everyone takes the time to explain options, answer questions, and treat my kids with patience, kindness, and care. I’m really happy we found this practice and would highly recommend them to other families.

I’ve been to several pediatric dentists in Houston, Pearland, Manvel, Fresno.. and let me just say I thank God I came across Greenway Pediatric!! I’ve been telling my entire family and friends to check them out! My husband went in today with my 6 year old daughter, and the experience was beyond amazing.. I wasn’t even there present at the time! but Doctor Lam made sure I was still included and allowed my husband to share all the information I was nervous about through video.. Things like this makes me feel so grateful! And I wouldn’t trust my daughter to any other Pediatric Dentist but Dr. Lam and her husband!! The customer service was amazing, every single one of my questions were throughly explained to myself and my husband! Once again I wasn’t even there, but felt like I was!! I feel such at peace knowing my daughter is in great hands. Thank you so much Dr.Lam and thank you as well to your entire staff!! God willing my daughter will be your patient till she turns 18. ❤️

Our first time there today!! My daughter had a tooth issue that started Saturday. Looked up for a dentist in the area, found her office. Set an appointment request within a hr or so I received a text with an appointment availability the next morning. We went in they took care of fast. Ended up setting up an appointment for my other 6 kiddos. Love the atmosphere and love the fact that Dr. L explained everything into detail. Even my daughter said she loved her office and wants to continue to come there. If anyone would ask for a dentist recommendation I sure will tell them about this office.

We have had the best experience at Greenway Pediatric Dentistry. Since it’s a husband-and-wife team with Dr. Mike and Dr. Lam, it makes it so much easier for our family. We can take both of our kids at the same time and they each go with one dentist, which makes the appointments incredibly fast. The office is perfectly designed for kids—they even have TVs on the ceiling to watch during procedures! After the appointment, the kids get to choose a twisted balloon or a fun goodie (like squishies or rings), which makes them actually look forward to their next visit. Both Dr. Mike and Dr. Lam are incredibly patient and take the time to give detailed answers to all our questions. What really impressed us was the follow-up, even on the weekend. We were able to text a picture of a tooth to them, and they responded right away. Truly a 5-star experience for both parents and kids!

This is the absolute best pediatric dentistry. The entire staff is communicative and professional. Dr. Lam spends time not just with the parents but also with the kids she’s working with. My daughter stated going when she was 3. She’s now 9, and LOVES it. We moved further away, but she always insists on going to “her dentist”. Highly recommend.
