Went here to take my siblings to their appointment, it was such an easy process with checking in and getting them on time with their braces. Both were very satisfied with how their braces looked, haven’t had a problem since. As for their work environment it was very clean and everyone looks like they enjoy what they do. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and Dr. Z is great with my kids! They are always able to fit us in when we need something like a broken bracket or wire fixed.
Grinz is absolutely the best place to be! All the staff are so kind and friendly. There is one tech that my daughter looks forward to see every time we go in. Ms. Chelsea ( is what she calls her) she always makes her feel totally comfortable and safe! She loves that she talks to her and walks her through what’s happening. Chelsea really is the best. We are so happy to be apart of the family!
