It would be zero ⭐️ if I could recently left after 30 years here. But when it comes to dealing with separated parents requesting information about your daughter who had smashed all her teeth out. A couple of years ago where my daughter smashed all her teeth out and because my daughter uses same dentist but lives with her mum Puja said she couldn’t give me personal details of the accident although I showed her a court order and it was just dismissed! Clearly has no parental skills or patient skills when I was worried out my mind! Clearly brainwashed by the other parent! It was my daughter and I couldn’t get any information which I found hurtful but she is happy to take my money! Shocking behaviour and when I showed proof and I have parental responsibility and still refused. Shocking

I have been a patient here for over 40 years. Completely faultless. Superb customer service and Mr Howard is excellent in every way. I now live out of the county but am more than happy to travel to retain their services. Thanks to all at Hampton House.

I'm surprised that you didn't have your Social Media presence (Instagram/Facebook) and you are not scaling your business. Other dentists in your city Leicester are making thousands of Dollars by running Meta ads and having a website to get more clients on daily bases. Never had an issue, been using them since the days of Mr Campbell. Mr Howard has been our dentist for a number of years now, he's very calm and reassuring, especially when it comes to children.

Orthodontist awful. Appointment time- arrived on time but told he’s running a bit behind.. erm ok but then half an hour after appointment time and still 3 people in front of us. A son with autism will not sit still any longer waiting and started to have a meltdown so had to leave as had other things to do in half an hour so wouldn’t have been able to wait longer anyway. Now have to wait another 2 months to possibly be seen… or not. Normal dentist is top notch though.

For over three years now all we have been given is excuse after excuse for not treating my son after being referred by our family dentist. Teeth not clean enough, orthodontist off ill, X-ray machine not working, amongst others. And each time re-appointment is 8-9 months away. And now that he’s turned 16 - and still not received any treatment - they’ve discharged him. I’m guessing the orthodontist there doesn’t actually do much work, but delights in taking money off the government for each 15 minute appointment they rebook. Easy money I suppose whilst the kids are still young enough to receive free dental care
