Excellent service, from the front desk staff to the assistants and the doctor. I was very satisfied with the care; 100% recommended. They are very kind and compassionate with children. I was delighted.

In my opinion, this has been the worst experience we've ever had. They waste your time. If you're 5 minutes late, they refuse to see you, but they expect patients to wait for hours without being seen. When you speak up and tell them the truth, they threaten to call the police. The manager who attended to us—who actually seemed more like an assistant—was completely unprofessional. Her attitude was terrible. She acted like she didn't care at all, as if she was only there to collect a paycheck and had no interest in helping anyone. I would not recommend this clinic because of the poor customer service and lack of professionalism. For me, this has been the worst experience we've had. They waste your time. I enjoyed Our first appointment with Happy Kids! We didn’t have much waiting to do before going back or waiting for the doctor. They answered all questions I had and gave lots of tips. My son is 11 months but they were very patient with him

I had been coming here for years and never had any problems until my last few visits. The staff were very disrespectful, speaking in Spanish behind my back and rolling their eyes, which I recorded for my own safety. The wait times are also extremely long — I sat in the waiting room for two hours and was the last person to leave. On top of that, they charged unexplained fees without giving a clear reason or breakdown.
