I received treatment a week ago and I'm very satisfied with the experience. I was suffering from a severe toothache and couldn't even sleep because of the pain. After a consultation at Happy Smile, I received a root canal. When I first walked into the dental clinic, the receptionist greeted me with a big smile, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Nakamatsu treated my aching tooth and explained my dental condition to me in great detail and with kindness. He also performed the treatment very skillfully. I want to thank everyone again. I'm so happy that I no longer have to spend sleepless nights because of tooth pain. I will definitely visit this dental clinic again in the future.

Happy smiles is one of the friendliest dental offices I've came across, besides the friendly staff the attention is out of this world! They are really good with kids and adults! They explain everything with detail and make sure I understood what type of treatment I was receiving highly recommend to anyone interested in any dental work!!

Make sure to carefully review your insurance statements. I simply had routine X-rays and a good dental cleaning done, yet they billed over $2,000. I thought that seemed strange—other places typically charge around $200—so please be careful.

Don't get fooled by the outside ! Once you walk in its a beautiful office. From the reception that is super kind to the staff taking the x-rays everyone made me feel extremely comfortable. I was explained very well about why i need to remove my wisdom teeth. Although I'm super nervous I'm able to understand the benefits of why i need to remove it and the team made me feel like I'm in very good hands. I will be back to update my review after my procedure!

Very quick service from my check in, to getting in to the room, doctor doing my exam. The young lady Stephanie was a 10 she was super gentle while taking the xrays. The doctor was super kind and explained the treatment needed. I will be coming back in 3 weeks for my deep cleaning. Thank you to all the staff there.

Despite the good reviews, I had a bad experience with this dental office. I had an initial consultation in November 2025 for a dental cleaning. My appointment was at 6pm and at time of scheduling I was told it was enough time for a cleaning. The day of the appointment I was told by the dentist that it was too late and that I would get a callback with a quote for the cleaning and a couple of cavities they found. In personal experience, other offices are able to find out what your insurance will cover and what not. Anyways fast forward two months, I have not gotten a call. I called them twice and was told I would get a callback. No call back. I emailed twice. No reply. However, they did file a claim to my insurance for the initial consultation. Very nice staff but it seems they have more clientele than what they can handle.
