I had the best experience here. The staff was so nice and professional. The dentist had great bedside manner and put me at ease before my root canal. I would recommend this office to anyone. By far the best office I've been to.

Idk if it was just a bad day or what but i seen all the awards i thought to myself im in good hands this guy must be the best in the city but the actual dentist didnt seem so welcoming.. and his assistant didnt speak much either... u know how work is. All the customers faces start to blend together and u move on cruise control or auto pilot. Thats how it felt my minor conversation to ease myself just whistled away. the lady at the front desk is amazing however! She was the one who made me feel vomfortable despite my anxiety getting the best of me i was able to calm down. Them numbing needles HURT but endurable. I think that was my pain limit tho the DENTIST warned me not to grab him i swore i didnt but i did raise my hand closely . After the numbing needle and the bite guard idont know what else was used but it felt like a horrible metal clamping i JUST couldnt take. He said raise my hand if i feel pain i did and was told "sorry man i cant help you" and he exited the room. Ithe disappointment . i still give 3 stars becausd we human evrybody has their days....

Dr was great w his service and quick ! I didnt have any pain !! His receptionist and assistant were beyond rude each visit . Updateee Tried to make a new appt an was told because i made my honest review about his rude staff i was no longer able to be seen 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Apparently the dr is rude too !

Warning if you value your teeth. DO NoT GO Here! I won’t elaborate. But I did leave the warning and read prior reviews which were similar experiences. 👎

THIS WAS MY FIRST & LAST IMPRESSION !! YOUR RECEPTIONIST IS GOING TO COST YOU PATIENTS UNLESS SHE JUST TREATS BLACK PEOPLE WITH NO RESPECT, BECAUSE I SEE YOU HAVE 3.8 stars . YOUR RECEPTIONIST MUST OF FORGOT SHE WAS AT WORK WHEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME !! AFTER YELLING BACK & FORTH. SHE TOLD ME A DENTIST WOULD NOT TELL A PATIENT IF THEY HAD A ROOT CANAL BEFORE?? Like huh .. DONT YOU HAVE TO GET A TREATMENT PLAN & GO GET THE ROOT CANAL DONE , SHE PROCEEDS TO YELL “IDK!” WHICH SHE NEVER LET ME FULLY EXPLAIN MY UNIQUE SITUATION SHE JUST CUT ME OFF SAID IDK WENT BACK & FORTH AS I WAS TRYING TO GET HER TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THE DENTIST & INSURANCE TOLD ME. I CALLED BACK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. SHE SENT MY CALL TO VOICEMAIL 25 TIMES!! I COULDVE BEEN ANOTHER PATIENT TRYING TO GET HELP.. SHE FINALLY ANSWERED & SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER AND THAT THE DOCTOR IS THE ONLY ONE ABOVE HER SO I SAID ILL CALL BACK ANOTHER TIME TO SPEAK TO HIN & I LEFT A VOICE MESSAGE AT 11:40am 12/18/25 I case she deleted it .. NEVER CUSSED AT HER WAS STRICTLY TALKING ABOUT A ROOT CANAL

11/2025/Day one calling the office for dental appointment, to office person saying hello, Ms. Tara treated me as though I was already apart of the dental family by her warm greetings to having knowledge of her craft. Ms. Tara, is awesome and made me feel absolutely comfortable and trusting of the directional steps to filling out my forms and when to show up for my pre-screening before actual dental work. PS: Ms. Tara, "has a familiar wholesome spirit about herself." 12/1/25, Finished 2nd half of my root canal process visit. This is a fabulous crew from the front desk person Tara to the technician Leah to Dr. Skane!!! I mentioned to the doctor that I truly wished that he could be my doctor for life. His chair side manners are awesome and thoughtful towards any discomfort due to the procedures. Skillful hands and gentle mindset, always having in mind how the patient is feeling throughout the process. He only specializes in root canals. Otherwise he would be my Dental Doctor!!!!!! I wanted to reschedule my appointment because my anxiety had gotten the best of me the morning of my appointment but I pushed through and went anyway. I’m so glad that I did, Dr. Skane ensured me that I would be fine and I was! The staff is caring and professional also. I recommend Harbor Endodontics if you need any major work done.
