Excellent performance and excellent behaviors with its patient

We took our 2-year-old here for her first dental visit today, and we had a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and very kid-friendly, with plenty of toys to help children feel comfortable. They even took a photo of her and gave her a certificate, which made her feel so special and proud after her visit. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and caring, and the dentist was gentle, friendly, and took the time to make sure our daughter felt at ease. We truly appreciate the excellent care and highly recommend Hardy Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics to any family looking for a great pediatric dental office!

I’ve been coming here for almost a year now for my braces and I love it. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. When I have my 10 month with me the staff is always so supportive and patient which makes feel so grateful .They are always willing to work with me when it comes to rescheduling. I had family issues come up and I could not call to reschedule but, when I had told them they were understanding and gave me no problem.I highly recommend bring your kids here!!

Awesome team! The front desk staff makes you feel welcomed. The clinical team did such a great job. My daughter was so excited about her cleaning. Especially, since she was able to pick her favorite flavor. They were so patient and polite. My son still struggles with getting his exam and with the teeth cleaning process. But this team stayed persistent, professional, and supportive. We received a lot of helpful information from the dentist. We did not feel rushed at any point during our visit. They definitely made us feel comfortable.

I took my 20 month old to get her lip tie evaluated, she ended up needing the tie lasered. Dr. Nam and the care team were wonderful with my daughter. Everything was also explained well to me. We had a great experience, would recommend!

I brought both of my daughters for the first time to Hardy. We have been at another Pediatric dentist in Erie for the last few years and wanted a change. They got us in and out quickly and both of our hygienist were so nice and amazing. One was named Jasmine. Dr. Nam came over after and checked both of the girls and was so nice and clearly knew what she is doing. Didn’t pressure us with anything and even suggested we wait one more year on our orthodontist consultation. We came here loving the idea of them being able to get braces here also. Thanks again and we are excited to have found a close new dentist.

Dr Nam and staff were so kind, I highly recommend! They educated us and took the time to really discuss our symptoms and made the decision really easy to help our baby get a tongue, cheek and lip tie removed. It was a quick two minute procedure once we decided to do it and baby didn’t even cry! I already have a way better latch day one and I’m so relieved that it’s not painful to nurse my baby! I’m also glad to have this done at this age and prevent any kind of speech, palate, teeth, swallowing, or feeding problems! Thank you so much, I’m so thankful I don’t have to give up this special time with my baby and I can keep breast feeding!
