The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. They treated me with courtesy and compassion. They took X-rays and made suggestions, and they offered me a payment plan.

As always, my appointment with Dr. Nourain & staff was great. He took his time, conferred with me & answered all my questions. i have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Robertson & Dr. Nourain.

LET ME START OFF BY SAYING I AM SCARED TO DEATH OF THE DENTIST.AS MY DAY STARTED OFF I CALL 6 PRIOR DENTAL OFFICE'S. THE 7TH PHONE CALL WAS U GUYS🙂🙂FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE CONVERSATION I WAS UNRAVELING DOWN MORE COMFORTABLE LESS SCARED SHE HELP ME GET THREW JUS THE APPOINTMENT PART EVERY QUESTION I HAD SHE ADRESS IT DIDNT FEEL RUSH OFF AND THAT GOT ME IN THE OFFICE.NOW ITS TIME FOR A IN PERSON VISIT WEN I TELL U THE STAFF AND THE DENTIST OMG IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE THIS OFFICE IS WHERE IT STARTS FOR ME AND WHERE IT WILL FINISH FOR ME WITH A GREAT SMILE THANKS GUYS FOR TAKIN TIME TO MAKING MY EXPERIENCE A GREAT ONE.

Dr. Robinson and team repaired and strengthened implants and denture I was told had to be replaced. Procedures took a couple hours one day before I had to leave town. Amazing long distance wisdom with only a few photos and phone calls for one week. Follow up in real time with dentures tight. Grateful. Angela Dews

So I just left there about an hour ago. It’s an excellent establishment. The close attention to detail, the physical set-up and the well versed & personable staff made this an excellent choice. In addition the price point (I’m uninsured)was on point. Dr Robertson explained everything in detail and even reviewed my X-rays. I believe I’ll return again for whatever. Also, Dr Robertson gave me all I needed to know about my procedure and told me what my choices are. Harlem Center for Aesthetic Dentistry is a well oiled machine where legacy matters. Iykyk

I (beverly clarke) called the office to get an appointment and after waiting 3 days, I was told "Quote we do not participate with Aetna Medicare.unquote ". Kindly note all correspondence was done via text messages. I was not given the opportunity to inquire about direct payment options. After being referred by a person who gave high praises of this Dentist, I was very disappointed. I called a few dentists and was able to get a response within 30 minutes ,and was also provide with payment options.

I had the absolute best dental experience at Harlem Center for Aesthetic Dentistry during the time when they put in an implant crown that I needed. Dr. Ernest Robertson, who I think so incredibly high of and his very professional attentive staff, took such excellent care of me and it all turned out so well! Moreover, Dr. Robertson even took the time out of his busy daily schedule to call my general dentist in order to discuss how to proceed with putting in a cantilever bridge that I needed! I am so grateful to him and his wonderful staff and I highly recommend going to see them for all your dental work!

Dr Naz and his team are the BEST!! I travel from New Jersey for my appointments as I will not switch to a dentist near me!!! The care I receive on every visit is noteworthy!!! I have recommended 5 of my relatives to Dr Naz and they all have been very pleased.

HCAD is one of the best dental organizations I have come across. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and caring. The office staff is professional and courteous. Every visit and interaction has been a positive one. 10/10 all around
