I've been coming here quite some time. The hygienist are awesome. Doesn't matter who it is they are great. I however aren't sure regarding the billing issues. They are a bit sketchy. My cosmetic plan increased by 6k from the original quote somehow which I plan on getting that done elsewhere for cheaper anyway. The front desk staff keeps changing and they aren't that professional. I called to ask about a billing question and one of them (not the one in the front when you walk in) but the other one was rude and a bit of a smart ass on the phone. Trying to tell me "this is why you need to make sure you make your appointments and you won't need a deep cleaning". If you look back i had to reschedule my appointment because a hygienist was out and couldn't take off work to come back. I really used to like the vibe in that place. I like the doctors too but some of those girls need to check themselves before people start looking elsewhere.

I love supporting MY PEOPLE! Black owned dental office best hands down! Dr.Harlow is super cool and professional with it! The music selection TOP TEIR!!!! Clean office! Staff is amazing! This where yall need to be going fr!

I’ve had some pretty awful experiences in the past with other dentist, but this one changed my perspective. The whole staff was caring, and made sure I was ok throughout the visit. My anxiety was through the roof before going in, and when I was leaving I realized how calm I felt. They helped me schedule my appointment with the oral surgeon they referred me to. They made sure my I was taken care of completely. I appreciate that from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, they made sure all was well, with genuine smiles and true passion for their job! Anxious about the dentist? Don’t worry with Harlow! I just moved to Charlotte and have major dentist anxiety. I had a crown prep today and it was very easy with no issues! The doctor listened when I said I wanted extra novocaine and even monitored my reactions and anxiety during the procedure. No zingers! I definitely recommend Harlow to anyone !

I’ve been a patient at this dental office for over five years, but unfortunately, after today’s experience, I will not be returning. The front desk staff has become increasingly unprofessional and unreliable — they don’t seem genuinely interested in helping patients or resolving issues. Over the years, I’ve noticed a steady decline in the quality of service, but the final straw was a major procedure that was done incorrectly. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, I was charged again to have the same work redone. It’s disappointing to see how much this office has changed, especially after years of loyalty. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements for future patients.
