I’ve been coming to Harlow since moving to Charlotte/Steele Creek. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. I never have a long wait to book or to be seen for any appointment. The hygienists are ALL amazing and so personable. I recently went in for Zoom whitening ahead of my big day and Shawna took such great care of me. She made me feel comfortable during the entire procedure she gave me great advice for after care. Overall, the doctors and staff are absolutely wonderful and I recommend them to everyone.

Harlow Dental is AWESOME!!!!! I felt very welcomed by all the staff and everyone was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about their job. My husband & I were relaxed during our appointment. Every time I visit Harlow Dentistry in Steele Creek, I am greeted with a smile. The staff are so friendly & the receptionist are always looking out for my best interest. I so appreciate everyone for being so professional, thorough, & friendly each time I visit, making going to the dentist a great experience.

I'm a new patient at Harlow Dental and it has been an awesome experience thus far. Everyone was super friendly and thorough, from the first desk staff to Dr. Harlow himself. My first appointment was for evaluation and X-rays. I've always struggled with bite wings causing a gag reflex, but Shauna gave me several tips on how to prevent it and I was able to get them completed with minimal discomfort. For my second visit, I had a cleaning and several fillings done. The hygienist, Vincent, was great and my cleaning was not uncomfortable at all. I've had fillings done in the past that hurt even after being numbed up, but I didn't feel a thing from Dr. Harlow and Shauna. The staff seems to have great rapport with one another and my visits have been two of the most positive Dental experiences I've had in my adult life.

Had a dental emergency and couldn’t be seen by my previous dental office until next week, so I checked for reputable FBA dentists online and lucked up to find Harlow Dental. Office staff was very kind and helpful, and Dr. Harlow handled my extraction with speed and precision! It’s comforting to know you can trust your dental provider to have your best interest at heart and that they are knowledgeable and confident in their work. Dr. Harlow and his staff are the absolute best. They are personable and explains everything thoroughly. The dental hygienist cleans my teeth like they are hers. 🤭Attention to details and painless. My experience at Harlow Dental was outstanding! From scheduling my appointment to having my initial screening completed, I was blown away by the level of professionalism and patience shown to me. I had the pleasure of interacting with several staff memebers during my time in the office, and they were all friendly and welcoming. Jasmine assisted me with my check-in process and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. While Amanda, who stayed with me for most of my visit, made me feel comfortable and confirmed that I made the right choice in choosing Harlow. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

We're new to the area & needed to establish a new dentist. Dr. Harlow and Staff were awesome. My wife is in a wheelchair and they were kind and accommodating for this initial first visit. Dr. Harlow took plenty of time to put my wife at ease and to establish a friendly and accommodating rapport with her since she was a little nervous being the first dental appointment since her stroke. Kudos to the entire team. So far my wife had 2 crowns and they were very accommodating with her. Dr Harlow is also my personal dentist and I had a full exam and cleaning which was excellent.
