About Harris Parkway Dental Care

Based on Harris Parkway in Fort Worth, Texas, Harris Parkway Dental Care is a dental practice serving the area. A family dental practice sees a range of ages under one roof, which for most households means fewer separate appointments across different offices. It typically covers routine checkups and restorative treatment for both children and adults, with referrals out for anything requiring specialist training.

Affordable care means the practice sets out to make treatment accessible on a self-pay basis or through a payment arrangement, rather than assuming every patient arrives with comprehensive insurance. It is worth asking directly what options exist before assuming a needed treatment is out of reach.

General dentistry covers the routine and restorative care most people need most often — examinations, cleanings, fillings, and preventive checks that catch problems while they are still small and inexpensive to treat. Regular attendance, roughly every six months for most patients, is what makes that early-catch approach actually work.

Continuity matters in dental care — seeing the same practice over time means your history, X-rays, and any patterns in your oral health are already on file, rather than starting from scratch at each visit. That familiarity is part of what a regular dental home offers beyond any single appointment.

Dental anxiety is common, and most practices are used to working with nervous patients — through clear explanations of what is about to happen, a slower pace where needed, and sedation options for patients who want them. Avoiding the dentist out of anxiety tends to make eventual treatment more involved, not less.

Children benefit from starting dental visits early, generally by their first birthday or within six months of the first tooth coming through, mainly so they become familiar with the setting before any treatment is actually needed. Establishing that routine early tends to make ongoing checkups far less stressful for both child and parent. This page has the practice's contact details and full service list. Get in touch through it to ask questions or book a visit.

Having a team of dentists and other essential dental team that is caring and accommodating to your needs is the first thing you can expect when you visit Harris Parkway Dental Care for appointments. Not only is our cohesive team ready to serve your specific oral health needs, but our team members have been serving the city of Fort Worth for many years now. As a result, it feels more like you’re visiting family, rather than knocking another errand off your to-do list.

I recently visited Dr McConnell and his team as a new patient. One of the best experiences I have had at a dental practice. I feel I have found my “Forever Dentist” !! Dr McConnell and his entire team were extremely professional and kind. He meticulously analyzed my entire dental health and shared his expertise in developing an excellent treatment plan for my future dental needs. Utmost appreciation to Dr McConnell and team!

I am SO happy to have Dr McConnel back at Harris Parkway Dental. He has the best DDS / patient raport. I left many DDS practitioners because the would push for unnecessary procedures. This was even when I was in my 30s and 40s I have recommended Dr McConnel to others because you can trust his professional recommendations.

The dentist and techs were all so nice and informative. The lady who works the desk knows so much about dentistry. She is so nice and so great. One of the nicest with a great personality. This group is so honest about dentistry.

I felt very welcome in your office! Both receptionists were very friendly and knew exactly what to do! The Hygienist (from Jordan) was friendly and professional. Seeing Dr Brad was a great pleasure as we've known him for a long time and were so glad he's back in the offices he built!

I believe these positive1000 Google reviews are actually about the previous Dentist who owned the practice for over 20 years. My family went to this Dental practice for 20 years before they were taken over by a big corporation. Since then, the staff has completely turned over several times. They can not even keep a Dentist there for long. One time I went in and they had a Dentist from a temporary agency who was only there for 1 week. No continuity of care at all! The last time I went in, Asia, the girl at the desk informed me she cancelled my appointment that afternoon because I did not respond to her confirmation text an hour before my appointment. I showed her my phone and proved I never got any text from her. She was extremely argumentative, insisting I was lying and put her hand in my face to try to shut me up. When I asked to speak to a manager, she insisted she was the manager. When I asked how I could write a complaint about her disgraceful behavior to her corporate office, she insisted there wasn't one. I found the contact info on my own and called them. It was a recording and they never bothered to call me back. They have let the building totally run down and did not even have Nitrous Oxide for the last year that I went there.

Every time I go to this place there is a new dentist. At this visit I received a great cleaning from the Dental Hygienist! I have seen her before and she is excellent! The Dentist who checked my teeth was new. He told me I needed Xrays and three crowns. I was so distracted by his hand tremor that there was no way I was going to let him do any crowns. I reported this to the manager. I am concerned that in one calendar year, I have seen 4 different dentists and they all have different focus or recommendations.
