Billie has been very patient with me I have really bad gagging and anxiety tour dentist but Billie has been very patients with me and understanding. He is my Dentist angel if that is possible I am able to smile and laugh out loud without having to cover my mouth. Good luck on your residency. Can wait to see you next year

The care and professionalism is "5 star. Over the years, I have had major dental restoration at Harvard Dental Center to correct previous work done by private dentists. Mini-implants which have a high failure rate were replaced as needed, dentures that are comfortable, and the students were overseen by faculty during every procedure The students are caring and professional and deserve highest praise that is expected of Harvard students.

I had upper teeth removed, 8 implants with temporary bridge inserted by a team of three doctors and one assistant, with a fourth doctor assisting when called upon, over an 8 hour period, with no break on the part of the doctors. I was impressed by their commitment to the task at had, along with professionalism and empathy during the process. Follow-up the following day by my dentist was unexpected and appreciated.

The most amazing dentists I've ever had (which includes my beloved dentist from PA). Just saw Dr. Palys, who is not only excellent from a clinical perspective, but also very down to earth. He's like, "Okay this is where we're at -- how can we go from here" type of a guy. Also extremely gentle in his deep root planing and scaling, so much that I was able to get mine done without any anaesthetic. Highly recommended!!

I can’t say enough great things about this clinic and specifically William Lu who was my dental student provider. William was communicative, kind, professional and so knowledgeable. Despite a busy clinic, he went way above and beyond to explain to me the steps of my care and answered my questions completely and with nuance. I left the clinic not only having received fantastic care but also with new knowledge and improved techniques for maintaining my day to day dental health care. I recommend student-dentist William (and the HSDM clinic) to everyone. William’s future patients are going to be in fantastic hands.

Very difficult to book an appointment. Professors hardly have time to spend with a patient. The cleaning was a torture, blood everywhere. Awful experience.
