I have never had a good experience with the dentist however this dentist has changed that. I'm temporarily in the area and had a dental emergency. I called up so many practices with no avail. However this practice offered to see me within the half hour. The dentist is extremely empathetic and is great at explaining dental problems in a language that a non medically trained person can understand. She has been thorough and done everything she can to save my teeth. She was so good that I didn't even feel the numbing injection the part that scares me the most at the dentist. I also have a problem with my jaw where I can't have it open for long periods of time but she ensured that I was comfortable and allowed me to have breaks . Maybe this sounds extreme but her kindness actually brought me to tears once I had left the practice she's an absolute angel. I am so thankful that I saw her rather than any other dentist.
I have always been petrified of the dentist hate it with a passion, I would wait untill I got a tooth ache and a abscess and then go to the dentist, my fillings came out and I thought I dont want to wait untill that happens, so one evening I looked for a dentist, I came across hatherly dentist and looked at the reviews they were all brilliant, so I was big and brave and made a appointment I met sholam, straight away I felt at ease, she is so kind understands your fears and phobias, I had dental treatment recently and the whole experience was calm I did not feel a thing, she makes you feel so relaxed and such a kind lady, I highly recommend the hatherley dental practice the team are amazing to, I am one happy customer thankyou from janette
