I highly recommend Hawthorne Village Dental Care! My daughter’s wedding was approaching when I unexpectedly broke a tooth completely, and I was very stressed about getting it fixed quickly. Sabrina, the receptionist, was incredibly kind, professional, and prompt in scheduling an appointment for me. She is always helpful and consistently does her best to assist patients, and I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service. I would also like to thank Stephanie, the hygienist, for providing a great cleaning. She is thorough, gentle, and always makes me feel comfortable during my visits. The dentists here are also fantastic, professional, caring, and highly skilled. Thanks to the entire team, I received excellent care when I needed it most. I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for friendly, professional, and reliable dental care!

I truly recommend Hawthorne Village Dental Care! The customer service and communication are truly top-notch. Booking appointments is incredibly easy, whether by phone or text message, and their team is always proactive about following up with reminders and checking in with patients. One thing I really appreciate is their excellent availability. They offer plenty of daytime and evening appointments, making it easy to fit dental care into a busy schedule. A special shoutout to Stephanie, my hygienist, who is both gentle and extremely thorough. She always makes me feel comfortable while ensuring I receive the best possible care. Their pricing is also very reasonable compared to other dental clinics in the area, which is a huge bonus. After visiting several dentists throughout the GTA, I can confidently say that Hawthorne Village Dental Care is the best dental clinic I’ve experienced. Professional, caring, affordable, and convenient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends!

I have a great experience at the Hawthorne dental the staff was very friendly especially the front desk lady’s Sabrina, Kulvir and Martha and dr Sarna and dr. Noha were very professional and they took the time to explain everything clearly , I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I had a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience during my recent filling appointment. In the middle of the procedure, the dentist left the room for 20 minutes, leaving me waiting in the chair with an interrupted operation. Dental appointments should be scheduled based on true availability so that patients don't have to deal with unnecessary delays mid-treatment. I expected much better respect for my time.

I have been going to Hawthorne Village Dental Care for I think more than two decades. I have always had amazing service here. All the staff have been exceptionally kind and efficient, but I must say I am very partial to Dr Sarna and Heidi, my hygienist. I have such confidence in them and many times they have gone above and beyond. Even though I live in Burlington, I will continue to go to them in Milton. Absolutely worth it.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! Dr. Sarna and Haidy had no problem taking full payment for my child’s orthodontic treatment, only to sell their Hamilton practice and leave town within weeks of me signing the contract. I was given absolutely no notice that they were planning to leave. They were more than happy to be paid in full before disappearing. After the sale, I was told by the new office owners that Dr. Sarna and Haidy were still responsible for providing treatment. Unfortunately, that’s when the situation became even worse. Haidy frequently cancels appointments at the last minute, especially Friday afternoon appointments. These cancellations disrupt our schedule and delay my daughter’s treatment. I can’t help but think that if I canceled last minute, I would be charged a fee without hesitation. Instead of providing consistent care in Hamilton, where I specifically chose to receive treatment, they repeatedly suggest booking appointments at their Milton office. That would require me to take time off work and travel out of town, which I did not agree to when I signed the treatment plan. I chose a Hamilton orthodontist for a reason. Due to the repeated cancellations and lack of availability, my daughter’s treatment is being delayed. I have never seen Dr. Sarna personally check her progress or even examine her during appointments. When I raised concerns about the missed appointments and lack of service, I was met with excuses rather than accountability. At one point, I was told, “Well, your daughter has braces in her mouth, doesn’t she?” Simply placing braces is not the same as providing ongoing, proper orthodontic care, especially when adjustments are missed. I also discovered that most supplies were removed from the Hamilton office, leaving limited materials available for repairs. When an elastic broke, we were told to travel to Milton instead of being properly accommodated in Hamilton. When I asked about scheduling upcoming appointments, I was told they didn’t yet know their schedule for the next two weeks. Meanwhile, I am expected to book months in advance. That inconsistency is unacceptable. Overall, I feel misled and extremely disappointed in the level of professionalism and care provided. I would strongly caution others to carefully consider their options before committing to treatment here.

Very disappointed with quality and customer service I wore the night guard for one night and noticed two small areas of missing material. I went back and the dentist suggested polishing it and trying again, and said to come back if the problem persisted. I tried it one more night — same issue. They then agreed to make a new night guard and again told me to come back if the same problem happened. After wearing the new one for just one night, the exact same problem occurred. When I went back to request a refund, the administrator initially refused. She said she didn’t care what the dentists told us, claimed they had no authority, and said she was the one who made the decisions. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. She refused to acknowledge the poor quality of the night guards and even discredited their own three dentists just to avoid responsibility. After arguing with her for about 20 minutes, she finally agreed to a partial refund only. I ended up paying $100 for nothing. Very disappointed with both the product quality and, more importantly, the terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place.

I recommend Dr. Noha! Dr. Noha is honestly the best dentist I’ve ever had. Her kind-heartedness, gentle hands, and calm, comforting personality make every appointment feel stress-free. She always checks on me throughout the entire visit to make sure I’m okay, and she never rushes anything. After each appointment, she gives me clear post-care instructions and helpful advice on how to keep my teeth healthy long-term. Because of her careful and professional work, I’ve never experienced any swelling, bruising, or pain after my treatments — something I can’t say about any dentist I’ve been to before. What I appreciate most is that she always listens. I feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for every time I see her. Dr. Noha goes above and beyond for her patients, and it truly shows.

Very Disappointed with Our Experience I had a very upsetting experience at Hawthorne Village Dental Care - Milton location with my three children. During my 4-year-old’s appointment with Dr. Noha, he began crying and clearly signaled that he needed a break by raising his hand, but she continued the procedure instead of stopping to comfort or reassure him. It was heartbreaking to watch him so distressed. I even tried to intervene by saying, “If this is too much, we should stop and try again another day,” but Dr. Noha kept talking over me, saying, “I’m not hurting you, we’re almost done.” A few hours after my 8-year-old had one cavity filled, he came home with noticeable swelling on the side of his face where the work was done, which I initially thought might be normal. However, later that night, the swelling turned into visible bruising around his mouth. He has had fillings before at another clinic and has never had this kind of reaction. Completely unacceptable. My 10-year-old daughter also had a filling done, and the dentist didn’t even come out afterward to explain the procedure or discuss next steps. she was simply sent back to the waiting room. I understand that dental visits can be challenging for children, but I expect compassion, patience, and proper care especially from a pediatric-friendly clinic. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. The dentists at this clinic are not the right choice for families with young children.

Dr. Noha and the team were wonderful to deal with. True professionals and very warm people. Dr. Noha is extremely skilled, had dental bonding done, completely upgraded my smile big time. I highly recommend her work. The hygienists provide great work as well!
