We had a great experience at Hawthorne Dental! My daughter got her braces here, and the results and overall care have been excellent. The team has done a wonderful job, and we are very happy with the treatment. A special thank you to Haidy, the hygienist, for her great work, care, and kindness. She made the experience even better. The centre did exceptionally well in taking care of me. I had an appointment with Anthony and he took his time to get the cleaning done as well as scanning/checking. Would definitely recommend this place!

I visited this clinic for the first time to get my teeth cleaned, and Stephanie was absolutely amazing! She is the best hygienist I have ever seen and since moving to Canada I’ve not had such thorough care in my dental treatment like Hawthorne Dental Clinic! I highly recommend them. Sabrina was very helpful with processing the insurance info and making sure this was a smooth process. I will definitely share this clinic with my family and friends! Update: Today was my follow up appointment and Anthony was extremely helpful with explaining my treatment plan, he conducted the x-rays, review and gave me full insight into how I can make my teeth look much better. I would absolutely come back again just because of Anthony! I wish more dental clinics had people like him. Update: Today was my follow up appointment for a filling and honestly both Dr Jain and Asmara were so kind and informative whilst carrying out the work; Asmara put on the TV for me to watch a show whilst they worked on my tooth lol, I found that to be very unique to this dental clinic and shows how patient focused they are! They were super kind, took their time to make sure my tooth was all good before leaving and let me know that if I had any issues that I could always come back at any time (during clinic hours, of course lol). All around great experience and I highly recommend!

Great and mind staff and Wonderful experience

I had an amazing experience yesterday with Dr. Noha at Hawthorne Village Dental Care! She worked on my front teeth and completely transformed my smile. I have a great experience at the Hawthorne dental the staff was very friendly especially the front desk lady’s Sabrina, Kulvir and Martha and dr Sarna and dr. Noha were very professional and they took the time to explain everything clearly , I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I had a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience during my recent filling appointment. In the middle of the procedure, the dentist left the room for 20 minutes, leaving me waiting in the chair with an interrupted operation. Dental appointments should be scheduled based on true availability so that patients don't have to deal with unnecessary delays mid-treatment. I expected much better respect for my time.

I have been going to Hawthorne Village Dental Care for I think more than two decades. I have always had amazing service here. All the staff have been exceptionally kind and efficient, but I must say I am very partial to Dr Sarna and Heidi, my hygienist. I have such confidence in them and many times they have gone above and beyond. Even though I live in Burlington, I will continue to go to them in Milton. Absolutely worth it.
