I had been to a couple of dentist before coming here with really just being told the thousands of dollars I would owe with no actual plan. I was recommended to come to Dr. Hayner and I’ve never been happier!! The facility itself is modern and beautiful and clean everytime I’ve stopped in (which has been a lot lately due to my issues lol). Everyone is SO nice from the front desk to the hygienist and of course Dr. Hayner. They actually listen and give you a plan and they are looking for the best interest of the patient!! Scheduling is super easy and the reminders are amazing. I still have have more work to do with my teeth but I know I’m always happy to come back here and I recommend this place to everyone I talk to who says they are looking for a dentist!! 10/10 here it makes going to the dentist a LOT better because we all know it can be scary! 😊
By far the best dentist I’ve ever been to! From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel welcome and treats you like family. The entire team is incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. They explain everything they’re doing throughout the procedure, which really helps you feel comfortable and at ease. Best of all, I experienced absolutely no pain. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients and provides exceptional care, I highly recommend them!
when I went to the dentist, there was no one there and we stayed there for 15 minutes. No one was inside all the lights were closed. There was a delivery person there and they didn’t do anything. They just left the package there and they also stayed for like five minutes, this is really bad. I used to go here and it gave me really sensitive teeth afterwards and it didn’t get better after a few months and they said it would get better after two months and if it didn’t then come back and when I did come back, no one was there.
Had my first appointment today with Dr. Hayner and Alisa. As someone with a lot of anxiety around dental appointments, the team was amazing! The office is beautiful, has easy parking, and the staff is very courteous. They took me right on time and Alisa did a fabulous job with my cleaning (very gentle hands!). Excited to continue being a patient here.
Incredible office, staff, and best dentist in Pennsylvania.. don’t say I didn’t tell ya!
I have been a patient of Dr. Hayner and his team for years - I literally travel from the south hills because of the experience. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable and also, Alicia (spelling may be wrong, sorry!) is so wondeful. Hands down the best cleaning. Anyway, you’re in great hands at Smile Warehouse
Idk how this place has such high reviews. I went for a cleaning and general exam in Feb 2026 with complaints of tooth sensitivity and suspected cavity. The dentist assistant (who was watching love island during my visit, thought it was cute at the time but now I'm like :S) + lead dentist said it wasn't a cavity, just sensitivity from overbrushing?? I've never heard that before and was a little suspicious since I've had quite a few cavities, but I was relieved to not have to get another filling and accepted the recommended fluoride treatment. I paid $30 for the fluoride treatment out of pocket at the front desk, which for months they said I still owed until I called them recently to tell them I had paid it (not the main issue but still worth mentioning). A few nights ago, I got an intense sensitivity while brushing my teeth in the suspected cavity area and scheduled an appointment with another dentist for a second opinion. Immediately the second dentist recognized it as a major cavity that was beyond the point of filling since it was so close to the root already, so now i need to have a root canal done. Sounds like it would've come to this even if the dentists at Smile Warehouse identified the cavity for what it was, but still upset that I've been causing further damage to my tooth for months now! Didn't think I'd be able to detect a cavity better than a trained professional. Stay away! Edit: forgot to mention they also took cavity xrays and still didn't notice it! Bonkers
I’ve been coming to see Dr. Hayner for the past 10 years. From Rebecca at the front desk to all of hygienists , they are top notch! Kristen has been my main hygienist keeping my smile perfect for a decade! Their new office in the strip district is not only beautiful but in a perfect location with accessible parking. I travel from the Robinson area into town, I’d recommend Dr.Hayners practice to everyone no matter where you are located around the city!!!!
Dr. Hayner and his team are truly the best. Rebecca at the front desk makes everything easy from scheduling to check-in, and you can tell she runs a tight, well-organized office. Alisa is an amazing hygienist—super gentle, detail-oriented, and always makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Hayner himself is fantastic—knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to walk you through everything so you feel confident in your care. It’s rare to find a dental office that feels this welcoming while still being so professional. Couldn’t recommend them more.
I had an excellent experience at Smile Warehouse. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful modern, spotless, and very well maintained. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels welcoming and calming. The staff is incredibly attentive, calm, and professional. You can tell they truly care about patient comfort and experience. Dr. Hayner was especially outstanding very calming, helpful, and thorough in explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. As the dentist in charge, he does a great job ensuring you feel comfortable and confident throughout your visit. A special thank you to Rebecca, who does an amazing job keeping the office running smoothly. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and is extremely helpful when it comes to scheduling, even working around conflicts. She truly helps create a great overall experience. Alisa, my hygienist, was also great. She provided helpful feedback and gave me practical tips to improve my overall dental care, which I really appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend this location. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth a visit—it truly feels like a welcoming retreat!
