I m happy with the treatment.

One of the worst dental experiences I have ever had. I chose this practice because of its many 5-star reviews, but what I experienced was the complete opposite. I attended in severe pain after a failed root canal, hoping for a professional second opinion. Instead, I was treated with a dismissive and arrogant attitude from the dentist, Dr. Shane Patel (if this is the correct name). Every time I tried to explain my situation, he interrupted me before I could even finish speaking. He had already made up his mind without listening to my concerns. His tone was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. This is not the way a healthcare professional should treat a patient who is in severe pain. The “examination” lasted only a couple of minutes. He simply tapped on my tooth and immediately told me that nothing could be done except extraction or paying privately to see a specialist. When I politely asked if an X-ray could be taken, he refused before I had even finished explaining why I was asking. I left feeling that no proper assessment had been carried out. The dental nurse/assistant who was with him was also unfriendly and made the whole experience feel even more uncomfortable. I left feeling ignored, humiliated, and completely disappointed. I expected professionalism, respect, and compassion, but received none of those. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice to anyone looking for a genuine second opinion or patient-centred care.

Dr Vidi and his team are the best!! I’ve been with this practice for over a year now and initially went when I had some pain in my teeth following fillings done by someone else, he instantly knew what to do. My wisdom teeth had also been a problem for a while and he filled it in perfectly, despite it being extremely difficult due to the position and sizing of the tooth. I recently got the tooth removed but even the consultant was extremely impressed that Dr Vidi was able to get a filling on there! This speaks volumes of his skills. The hygienist is wonderful, the reception team is always so friendly and has a smile on their face - all the staff are just so wonderful and friendly. So glad to have found them! Thank you :)

Been going to Heacham Dental Practice for a year. Fantastic team of staff members. For some one who is normally afraid of the dentist experience all my fears has been alleviate. Attending all set hygiene and dental checks up Feeling the benefits and seeing the benefits in teeth health.

Dr Vidy explained all the options and did all that was required to make sure the partial denture was what I needed. I can say that I am extremely pleased with the outcome and very happy with the care and service I received.

The dental hygienist Sumayya was absolutely fantastic, she was gentle kind and very very patient and empathetic towards my being nervous. The treatment was done with great care and we stopped if i felt overwhelmed...the dental nurse was also great and empathetic. I would highly recommend this dental practice
