We love Lydia and Sophie! We started seeing Lydia back in 2020 when I was pregnant with my first son and was going through some really tough pains and she kept me pain free with acupuncture for the rest of the pregnancy. When I was pregnant with my second son in 2022, I had gotten into a car accident and my son flipped and became breeched. We did the spinning babies class and the only time he flipped to the correct position was during acupuncture with Lydia! Postpartum with him, I developed hyperthyroidism and Lydia put me on some medication that got me into remission and I ended up not needing anymore medication. When I was feeling sick/abnormal again—thinking my thyroid was acting up, she detected mold symptoms and turns out we had a major slow water leak under our wood floors and in our walls. We are continuing to see her now for my third pregnancy and my sons also see her for minor things. Whenever we get hit with a virus or stomach bug from our children’s school, all her natural remedies get us feeling better so fast. We love that she’s keeping us healthy and thriving! They are such a huge part of our lives and so thankful for them!

This place is a life saver I got off blood pressure medication and they help me with so many health issues. I truly believe Lydia is an answered prayer for my health. Lydia looked into the root of my issues and assisted with my healing journey by giving me safe treatment and helpful information. I have been seeing Lydia since I moved to OKC, 4 years ago. Discovering Lydia has been the best thing that has happened to me with my transition to OKC. Lydia is beyond resourceful and treats the root cause properly. She has been available beyond just my schedule appointments via phone or email.
