I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Neil and the entire team. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for and in very safe hands. I was quite anxious before the procedure, particularly about waking up from sedation feeling confused or panicked. The anesthesiologist was incredibly kind and reassuring. I still remember her smiling at me as the sedation was administered, which made me feel calm and safe. Everything went smoothly, and the whole team treated me with such professionalism, kindness, and compassion. Dr. Neil took excellent care of me, and I truly appreciate the attention and reassurance I received throughout the entire experience. I had an endoscopy with Dr. Ghinwa. The procedure was quick and easy. I had nurses Deepa, Jiss and Arianne and they were so incredibly sweet. They took really good care of me and provided excellent service. I would not hesitate to come back to Healthbay Clinic for future appointments. Dr. Ghinwa did many tests before the endoscopy for my stomach problems and found I was fructose malabsorption and lactose intolerant. Nurse Raphael who did all 3 hydrogen tests was brilliant and explained everything in detail on what to expect and provided a list of foods to stay away from. With some adjustments to my food intake, my stomach issues improved drastically. I also want to thank Nurse Erika who kept me informed with appointments, insurance approvals and diet before the procedures. The whole team at Healthbay are amazing.

Excellent experience at HealthBay Gastroenterology & Digestive Health on Al Wasl. The medical staff is well above standard, genuinely skilled and professional. The whole team is consistently helpful and kind, and it shows in how they treat patients. My insurance has been a recurring headache, but the staff always go the extra mile to sort out every issue that comes up. They don't just shrug and send you away, they actually work through the problems until things are resolved. Highly recommend.

Following very thorough preparation the actual procedure with Dr Guinwa was excellent. The staff were hugely attentive right from the start and couldn’t have been more professional and concerned. All the nurses and anesthetists were great. Benjamin the assistant was also very reasuring which helped just before they started. I also enjoyed the breakfast at the end and the treatment and now wait for the results! As always I cannot recommend Healthbay Polyclinic more.
