definitely recommend!! dr. Hernandez did an awesome yet quick job & Krista sweet gal, i was quite nervous at first but she explained the whole process beautifully! I not once felt judged nor unseen. Am thankful they got me feeling 100x better!
I was in pain bad I got it pulled and then it started hurting again the next day like tooth pain still I went back 3 times used all my pto at work he said the Pain could be from a different tooth no where near the one that was hurting I kept telling him there was still a piece of tooth in there he finally went back in after 3rd time and removed any pieces left in there. Could have resolved it first time .but I am grateful it got took care of he may have just thought his opinion was right. But they where kind I can say that.
I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Hernandez and Kristen!!!! Just know I have never had a dentist that was patient and kind. My extraction went better than I have experienced in my life. I will mention Dr. Hernandez and Kristen in my prayers. GOD bless those hands of theirs. These negative reviews aren’t real about this clinic. A hidden gem this place is, this will be my go to clinic for all my dental needs! Thank you all so much.
The nurses wasn’t bad in my opinion and the doctors wasn’t bad at first!!! I had a tooth that needed pulled bad and was causing me pain for months just got Insurance and was trying to schedule an appointment they told me they had walk ins I came soon as they opened and waited 3 hours but my kids had other appointments they needed to go to so thankfully they had and opening for the next day come open and I took it came following day they took X-rays and told me it needed out! Told me to come back at 1:15 so I did! Everything was going so well got tooth out and every else a few days later it wasn’t feeling right! I called the office talked to the doctor and he was very rude disregard everything I was saying. And told me him seeing me when he did I should be grateful even tho I was just telling him how much pain I was still need to the point I can’t eat or drink anything days later bc of how much pain I was in and that it looked infected told me well u could have waited 6 months so he don’t see why I’m complaining. I was just trying to inform my doctor of what was going on will not be going back at all went and seen another doctor at another place and guess what it was infection! Like I said they had informed me that my gums with they way my took was messed up that antibiotics should have been Prescribed from the beginning and u could clearly see the infection on xray. So the rudeness of doctor was not needed!! Will not go back!!!!
Dr. Hernandez and Tabitha are absolutely AMAZING! I needed emergency dental work and because of my anxiety I put it off until it was life threatening. They were so kind, and helped to calm me down and talk me through everything. They even put calming music on for me when they saw how badly I was shaking. I will say the older lady at the front desk was saying very hateful things with her coworkers about the Hispanic patients, I guess she didn’t think we could hear her. That was very unprofessional and ugly, but I don’t believe she’s affiliated with the dental clinic, just a front desk agent for the building. Other than all of us hearing her say that, the actual doctors and nurses here were so helpful, kind, and patient. Thank you guys!
