Absolutely terrific experience, very professional and very courteous, I'm glad I chose them for my dental providers

I had an appointment for a general annual check up today..the hygienist was super nice, professional, kind and very proficient at her job. She did my x-rays and cleaning. Everything was fine she told me it would be 10 min. until the dentist would come and see me I waited for like 35 min.. I did not complain once I didn’t even know what was happening then after another employee barged in without even saying hello or interacting with me just rudely stating in an aggressive way “You’re going to be waiting for a very long time so if you want to wait or leave and come back another day the doctor is in surgery and he will still see other patients before you.” I was a little disappointed at the way this employee handled the situation after I told her I had come from the other side of town, she tried to change her tune and said I will see if I can do something I was already taken a back by how rude she had just been. I decided to just leave. I do understand these appointments take time and I was not even upset at waiting but the way she came in with an attitude obviously bothered at something that had nothing to do with me maybe she was having a bad day but that’s no way to treat a patient or anyone at that matter. Honestly left a very bad experience it’s a bummer because I had always enjoyed going there but I will definitely not be coming back. I do hope they can correct this so future patients don’t experience this treatment.

Best teeth people in the world! Been enjoying best in class service for over a decade. They always take such good care of me and my wife. If the world had more people like the staff of Healthy 32 Dental it would be a better place. Recently experienced having an implant using Yomi. Amazing. Healing process, pain non existent. The future is here in El Paso.

All staff members were helpful and very friendly. Dr. Lopez is very attentive and patient and thorough.

I can not praise this dental office, its Dr., and staff enough! Upon walking into this clean facility, I was greeted with a friendly face who acknowledged me right away. I was nervous to have a robotic implant done, but Dr. Lopez and his assistant were very reassuring and patient with answering any all questions I may have had. The procedure itself was painless and Dr. Lopez works gently and efficiently. Very minimal discomfort after the procedure and follow ups were just as thorough. I am very happy with my implant and would highly recommend Healthy 32 for your dental needs.

Quality care with an organization that puts the client first not profit. Dr. Lopez is very kind, polite, and personable as well as all the staff. I left to a different dentist due to distance but came back for the quality care you expect from your dentist. Grateful for them.
