Healthy Smiles Dental Center Nashville

My first review i complained of a cancelling mishap that was 100% not my fault. I drove down on my day off to the office being closed. They told me they called and left a voicemail - they did not. I even checked my phone records at the time. The call was never made. Then I went in for a filling and the dentist told me “they do it with no drilling or numbing these days” - there was no drilling or numbing and I changed my review to be positive after that…. Now Im changing my review back to negative because there WAS NO FILLING AT ALL. The dentist played in my mouth, covered the cavity and made a snide remark about the negative review(which was accurate) and years later Ive had to get the tooth fixed. Unbelievable. The dentist that fixed it said they had to build a new wall for that tooth because the cavity had just been sitting under some filament for years. I can only wonder if my first negative review was taken so poorly; he “got back” at me by making my cavity a worse problem for the future. Totally unethical behavior.

All the negative reviews for this place aren’t even patients. I’ve been going to Healthy Smiles for a few years now and have had nothing but fantastic experiences. The staff is great, very clean and very knowledgeable. I love this place! I’ve recommended many friends to go as well and they also have had great experiences.

Painless fillings, no drills or numbing needed amazing! The dentist is efficient and skilled, and the staff are super welcoming, like old friends. Had a slight issue with a cancellation call at first, but they've totally won me over. I'm staying with Healthy Smiles for my dental care. Highly recommend them!

I have given them 20 thousand dollars for implants. I paid what he gave me on a quote. I then was told he messed up on the quote so I only have 1 implant and it is horrible and he won't fix it. Dont trust this con man. He takes your money and you are left with nothong

Did not honor appointment time (they provided me 6 months ago) due to dentist going to lunch. Got auto text message with appointment time. Front desk said it is auto and does not count.

I won't recommend this place, I had a root canal and like few months later my teeth fell off, then he "put it back", now it's seems like it's about to fall again. I try to contacted them and I don't hear nothing yet. There's a record of course and you know it. You have been sending my bills although....weitd huh? You just don't want to be responsible. It's easy to said that, I get it. You could at least reply me direct, since I send you a message before posting this review. I have been there since Paula used to work there, so how I know that....wow....

Recently moved to this side of town and was looking for a new dentist to go to. I was not disappointed with Healthy Smiles! The staff working up front are very friendly and helpful and everything went smoothly with getting my insurance set up. The dentist is also friendly and explains everything well. I needed one filling and it was done so quickly with no numbing or pain! This is a great office to go to.
