I’m new to Kokomo and needed to find a dentist to finish a procedure I started with my previous dental provider. I was impressed with the remodel recently done to the office and how polite the staff was. I scheduled my first cleaning and exam and everything went great. I scheduled the procedure and told the staff I wanted approval from my insurance company before I moved forward. They later scheduled me and it went great. I paid my portion and they billed my insurance however, my insurance denied my claim and now I’m on the hook for the remaining balance. They didn’t get approval before the procedure and now I’m required to pay for the entire balance. Be sure to compare prices before committing to Dr. Hearn’s office because you could possibly pay for the entire procedure. They are expensive.
Friendly, relaxing place for dental care with a professional, compassionate staff! Update: Their newly remodeled office is very nice! Everything is modern, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended!
Like many, I am not the biggest dentist fan. I always dread going and often put it off. The staff is great here and will work with you to get you in. Everyone (hygienist, assistants, dentist, office staff, etc…) is very friendly and nonjudgmental.
Went in on September 19th to examine my teeth. Took pictures and said they will get back with me. Haven’t heard anything yet. Staff and Mr Hearn were very professional. But still waiting for results.

Great visit as always! Jessica is so sweet and always makes great conversation while waiting. Rossi is amazing. What else can I say. She is so gentle and thorough and always makes me feel so comfortable with my cleanings. And Patti is incredible! Such an amazing office from the moment you walk into the office to the time you leave.
Always great dental care. The office is just finishing an expansion and remodel and the facility is clean and beautiful. Ashley is gentle and thorough cleaning teeth. The entire staff is delightful, from the greeting you receive as soon as you walk in the door, to the pleasant experience of the cleaning. Yes they do make cleaning your teeth, not a bad thing. Everyone there is great at their job and so very professional. They communicate well with the condition of your teeth and have a no pressure approach to what could be better.
