If I could pack this entire dental practice into my suitcase and take them with me, I would do it in a heartbeat. I can say without a doubt that this is the best dental experience I’ve ever had—not just in New York, but anywhere. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. The entire team manages to strike that perfect, rare balance of being exceptionally professional and genuinely friendly. I’ve never once felt like just another appointment on a calendar; they truly care about their patients as people. The quality of care is simply unmatched. Every procedure, from routine cleanings to more complex work, is performed with such precision and a gentle touch that it completely eliminates any "dentist anxiety." They use the latest technology, explain everything clearly, and the results are always flawless. I am truly saddened to be moving away because finding a replacement for this level of service feels nearly impossible. As someone who has never ever in my life been a fan of going to the dentist, I had a great first visit at Heights Dental, and am, if I dare to say, actually kind of looking forward to the next one. Every person I met here was kind, friendly, and communicative. Could not recommend more highly.

If you suffer with dental anxiety caused by traumatic dental experiences or even shame around the condition of your teeth (like I do), Dr. Tracz and her entire team are the people you need to go see. From the minute I stepped in the door, everyone made me feel at ease. They're so friendly & welcoming, I couldn't help but relax a little bit. Actually, even before my first visit, Dr. Tracz herself called me to confirm my expectations for my appointment and I ended the call feeling pretty confident I was in good hands. On my first visit, Dr. Tracz took her time building rapport with me and getting to know a little bit about who I am. Nothing felt rushed - in fact, she'd asked if I could come in a little earlier so we'd have even more time. This was the opposite of any other dental experience I've had. I came in for a broken molar but because it's not causing me any pain, we started with a cleaning instead of diving right into extracting it. I'm not sure if this was part of Dr. Tracz's larger plan, but this was exactly the right move to get me more comfortable with the idea of having her be the one to extract my tooth in the coming weeks. She thoroughly explained everything she was doing before and as she was doing it, and most importantly, she was very conscious of if I felt any type of discomfort and acknowledged it immediately before I even had to say anything. She gave me numbing gel when necessary and took breaks from a particular area if she saw signs I was uncomfortable. She assured me that I was the boss and we would only do what I felt comfortable with. It was determined that I would need a deep cleaning, so I returned today (a week later) to have my second visit with Christiana, the dental hygienist. I was more nervous about this appointment than the first one because I've heard that a deep cleaning could be very painful. I was also worried about the pain from the needles while getting numbed. But oh my goodness, Christiana was amazing too. She was super friendly and you could tell she holds the same values as Dr. Tracz. She explained everything to me thoroughly before doing something, and even though a couple of the needles were uncomfortable for a split second, they weren't extremely painful because of the numbing gel she used! She was constantly aware of my comfort levels and numbed me more as needed. Christiana made the processes so manageable. The entire team that I've interacted with has such a calming, friendly presence. I will 100% be returning for future cleanings and my tooth extraction and I wouldn't chose anyone else. Please go to this dentist if you can - I feel such a huge weight off my shoulders knowing that I can go to the dentist without dread. I am so grateful.
